Positive Review
For the money, the best truck value. I bought a 2018 Titan XD King Cab with the PRO-4X package. List price was over $53,000 and I paid a little over $39,000. The only package my truck does not have is the Titan Box, 360 camera view and ventilated seats. I tow a 7,500 lb travel trailer in Colorado. My previous truck was a Silverado 2500 Duramax. I thought I might miss the diesel compared to the Titan's 5.6 liter engine, but I haven't thus far. I towed the trailer to Glennwood Springs on I-70 and it handled the passes just fine. For those stuck on Ram, GM, or Ford, you're missing out on the best value in the truck market with Nissan. There is no way I would have gotten the same package as the PRO-4X at $39,000 vs. the Big 3 trucks. Essentially, I received 25% off list price for my Titan XD. That's money back in my pocket for other items I needed, namely a topper. People need to take a close look at the Titan and compare price and capability. What most consumers look at is towing when in fact the more important number is payload. The Titan XD gas has a payload of 2,500 lbs which is what I really needed. Take a second look at the Titan and you'll soon realize that it's a very capable truck with tremendous value.
Critical Review
The truck has been in and out of the shop since I bought it. Started leaking oil at 45k and noone could figure out where it was coming from....the shop blamed me for oils being spilled all over the engine bay and said they can't find a leak until I cleaned up the oil... Needless to say truck was never fixed also has developed a over heating issue. I can't drive the truck anywhere.

Power, suspension, conveniences, looks, comfort
The cost of the Sirrus subscription.
I bought this Titan XD in 2018 to haul my camper across country . I was concerned about the power to climb over the Rockies near Denver, but it exceeded all my expectations. My last truck was a Chevy Silverado, and it was disappointing in terms of power and suspension, but this Titan XD is quite a bit better. The electronics in this Nissan are great- Navigation, blind-spot warning, backup camera and several optional programs from Sirrus , like weather, and gas prices are very helpful. The cargo tie-down system is a great option for hauling bikes and equipment in the truck bed. I am very happy with this truck, but due to health issues, I have had to give up my camper, and having the truck seems unnecessary.
It’s solid, nothing on this truck feels cheap.
Ugly heavy front end even with custom bumper.
The truck has it all and then some. This one came with factory gooseneck hitch, under seat locking storage, all leather heated seats an impressive rockford Fosgate stereo system, 100k bumper to bumper warranty . We added a 21/2” lift and leveling kit, and a custom front bumper with an inter graded 8000lb WarnZeon winch. The interior is well done and solid. The ride is remarkable smooth on pavement, it gets up and goes with an average 13.5 mpg. And the bed isn’t cut short with both a floor and side rail set up.
love driving it. capabilities excellent.
electronics are sub par. screen is just barely ok.
Aside from behind-the-curve electronics and gas mileage of about 14.5 average in a semi rural setting, this truck beat all competitors overall in the things that count. I have had it 3 years with no problems. it tows my boat and camper perfectly ( 6700 lb. and 7800 lb.) Comfort is good (seats are awesome) convenience features are great (bed step, bed lights, rails, tiedowns and electric outlet). It was a screaming bargain when purchased (10k off sticker price) I love driving it every time i climb in.
They're aren't any
The truck it's self

comfort, value, caoability
electronics are behind the curve.
one complaint; crummy electronic screen and nav performance. everything else is top notch. comfort is unmatched. plenty if power to tow or haul. great off road and on slippery or steep boat ramps. good in snow. i love driving it.
handles well, seats are A+. tows 10,000+
gas mileage not great. electronics sub par.
I have had a gmc and a ram diesel. the titan xd pro4x is a winner. the price was seriously maked down bc it was a leftover 2018 bought in 2019. i am so glad i got it! the seats are unmatched, the truck in general is excellent. the sight lines are less than great, so i have to rely on camera and sensors. the only negative is the fuel economy. i get 16.5 in mixed conditions in hilly upstate NY. but it's quick if you need it to be. i dont care about the electronics much, luckily, because they are a little bit behind the competition. i love the bed rails and tiedowns, and bed lights, plus the 115 ac outlet in the bed. perfect for working off the bed as a workbench.
Price paid, payload, capability, warranty.
Small navigation screen.
