Bot this car used from a private party and drove it daily for over 14 years. Great handling and braking. Excellent paint and body work - well sealed (= no rust). No major mechanical problems. Interior materials are of high quality(seats show no wear and dash has no cracks or chips) so it looks new even after 14 years. Outward visibility is excellent. Classy and timeless body style is modern even today.

i was constantly having issues with this car. i only had this car for 2 months then on the freeway the engine blew. the steering is horrible! it doesnt take sharp turns good at all

Top of the line at the time. Leather and wood trim
No air bag on passenger side. No remote entry.
Extremely well built (in Japan)and reliable. Attention to detail in fit and finish still show today. Styling does not reveal it's age. I helped my mother select this car, and having owned it myself for the last 5 yrs, I am very pleased with it -- a pleasure to drive! 3.0 V-6 24 valve OHC engine with dual mode transmission has plenty of zip.

Hard to find parts
i had the car for about 2 years and i only had one repair with it. it runs great no problems, the repair i made was a timing belt the was origanal, so it was time for it any way. the 3.0 sohc was enough power for anyone.
I've had this car about a year. It's had a few of minor problems, but what 16 y/o car doesn't? It has a very smooth ride, and it's comfortable to be in. I like the styling very much; it looks a bit like a BMW 5-series from the front, and also look cool from the back. All-and-all I think this car has excellent value; the biggest drawback is probably the difficulty of finding parts. Overall rating:4.5 stars
Best vehicle that I ever owned. I know that I should trade it, but will most likely keep it in the family till it dies or i die.
An exceptional vehicle, which is probably why it is no longer made.
