From a Grand Marquis to a Milan; just needed better gas mileage. Very pleased w/ car. Exterior is beauty, interior comfortable and roomy, only drawbacks are too small and faint words on various knobs & buttons and backing up view not too large, must pay extra attention. Otherwise, reliable, quality car.

Hasn't broken down yet. Have done some maintenance but nothing big. Tire pressure sensor for driver back tire doesnt work. Has a bent valve.
I have no complaints! I’ve had this car since my freshman year of college and it is still getting me from Point A to Point B. I love her!

This car drives smooth and steady. Its a good looking mid=size care with shiny trim and color glow.
Real fun to drive.

The car is reliable, been to Minnesota to New Orleans Louisiana, twice, and Texas, once and then back to Minnesota.I live in Minnesota now, but going back to New Orleans Louisiana.Plus do my running around in Minnesota too.

Defective passenger taillight, impossible to find
I inherited this car from my mother after she passed. This is quite literally, the best car that I have ever driven. The milan has yet to spring a leak anywhere, its mpg is currently over 400 mpg. The only issue I have had, is the rear passenger taillight. There was a recall/extended recall on the light, but due to my mother's newly diagnosed illness, we missed it. The taillight is impossible to find, unless you go to a dealer, and they want $600 to replace it.

In 2010, I bought this car as a program car with about 1200 miles on it at a wonderful price compared to new. Drove it for eight trouble free years. Knew I would need new tires within another year or so, but other than a battery it never cost me anything except oil changes. Easy to drive - trouble free it doesn't get much better than that. Due to its immaculate condition I really thought it would bring top dollar, and it did bring a good price, but not quite what I wanted. IF I had to do it over again - I would have put the new tires on it, had it detailed, and kept it. I cleaned it up for the new owners and it looked fantastic - thats when I started kicking my behind for selling it, but I had bought a new car and it was a done deal.
Complete transmission failure at 46,000 miles. No warning lights, no shifting issues prior to failure. Transmission locked up while driving and resulted in a fractured hand.
