After purchasing a Mazda, it’s recommended to seek repairs through a factory-authorized dealer, who has firsthand knowledge of your product, as well as having up to date repair information in the latest service bulletins issued by the manufacturer.

In the case of a leased Mazda, many of these contracts including those originating from Mazda Capital Services, will require the use of Mazda original equipment parts when making the car whole again.

While independent shops or big box automotive service centers may offer attractive rates, Mazda dealers use genuine Mazda parts when performing repairs. Training

Mazda service and collision technicians and mechanics receive factory training on the latest techniques through I-CAR specified programs that have been approved by Mazda USA. They include courses by Mazda trainers, where mechanics and technicians are instructed in the latest techniques for paint, body and electrical/mechanical repairs. Loan car policy

If your Mazda vehicle is in for a warranty-covered repair, Mazda offers complimentary loaner vehicles for repairs or service that will take four hours or longer. If you are a regular customer of an individual dealer, some may offer loaner cars for repairs taking more than two hours. In all cases, call ahead for a service appointment and loaner availability. If your Mazda is in for collision repair, and the dealer has no available loaners, your insurance policy may cover the costs of securing a rental vehicle. Mazda Authorized Collision Repair Centers are dealer and independent body shops that have been certified by Mazda as capable of doing the jobs necessary to making your Mazda vehicle whole again. In some cases, they are body shops that are connected to a Mazda dealership, or are highly regarded independent shops, known for high-quality work using specific Mazda OEM parts. They follow the I-CAR protocols for auto body repair.
