"Comfort Level Disappointing"

I love Lexus and was excited and all ready to purchase a 2026 ES Premium Plus 350 Hybrid until I sat in the drivers seat. I was shocked and disappointed how hard and uncomfortable the lower back part of the driver's seat felt. For some reason it seems that Lexus reduced the seat padding so much now the seat is too hard like a slab. I set the seat bolster on the softest setting and it made no difference. I was so surprised because up until this ES re design Lexus ES 350 seats were the most comfortable. In my opinion Lexus ES 350 Hybrid seats are no longer comfortable for long drives. Make sure before you purchase this car spend some time sitting in the drivers seat and note lower back seat comfort!
