Positive Review
i love this car for so many reasons. it's an exellent all rounder and i would recomond this to any wealthy luxury suv customer. this has an exellent intirior like the lincoln navigator, amazing tech like the new cadilac escalade, and handles well like the bmw x7 and mercedees gls.
Critical Review
So far, the front headlight doesn't work, several trim peices have fallen off, there is audio feedback from Android auto and Apple car, the pandora goes in and out, and the cruise control is stuck in acceleration. It's a $104k sh!t box on wheels. Not worth the high price tag.

this car is the biggest piece of junk I've ever had. It's in/out of the shop every other month. almost every issue has been with technology- sensors going off at random, audio not working, power steering, ABS, stability control stopping at random. so many recalls or software updates needed in the 2 years I've had it. while it's certainly comfortable for long car rides and has great leg room in every seat, losing my car every other month for a couple days is not worth it. Don't buy this!
styling and comfort
reliability, service experince
Beautiful vehicle, I love the new hurricane engine. However, the ownership part is the problem. Stellantis is out of their depth with customer service and preparing their service techs to handle this complex vehicle. Don't fall victim to the sales pitch of a unique and satisfying service experience. They may get this vehicle figured out in a few years, too many gremlins in the 22-23 model years.
I first bought a series 3 long GW and it had been perfection and then a 2023 series 2 for my wife. We replaced a Yukon XL and an Escalade. They handle like a sports car but have the heavy construction of a tank. It is nimble and stable and accelerates like a rocket. Speeds approaching 100 go unnoticed when passing 18 wheelers. I was able to avoid a 2:30 AM head-onner with a car veering into my lane by abruptly swerving off the shoulder and back into my lane at 50 MPH like magic....a close call. The seats are better than the competitors and so is the engine. I do not miss the clunky 8 cylinder or partial hybrids when compared to my race car engine. I am very used to the technology but I did read my manual. Last month a software update was pushed. My Long GW easily updated but my wife turned off her engine during the update and this necessitated a visit to the shop to do the software update and TomTom update. I note that computers and their software are a problem for my friends with Ford's and other brands. We love the way the car handles and feels and the comfort for passengers is superior...Especially in the 3rd row seating!!! awesome. I hope Jeep works out their inconsistencies that I see in other reviews as this car is a winner. I bought the 8 year Mopar Maximum Extended warranty to cover any hiccups in the new model. I love my choice and it smoked the BMW and Mercedes mild hybrid SUV driving experience when my wife was deciding on her new car....so we got 2.
Offers nothing unless you dump money into it
They are very nice. But, have no luxury items unless you spend more on them. A 30k Lincoln has more luxury items as standard than this 90k+ Boeing. Unless you have five kids or more it’s not worth the hassle.
Today in Tulsa, Oklahoma, took a 24 Wagoneer (17K Miles) in for warranty work, told I have two (2) cylinders misfiring. This is the largest Jeep dealer in the State and there are no service loaners currently to be had, the service writer said that the good news is that "Wagoneer' owners get bumped to the top of the service loaner waiting list, Currently I am #13 on the list. What does that tell you?
We love our 2023 GWII! While it has had a few minor issues, they’ve been fixed by a software update and a new battery. Nothing you would expect from any high end, high tech car these days. Aside from that, it’s been the most comfortable ride for day to day and long trips we’ve ever had. The new Hurricane HO engine is fast and not something you’d expect in a vehicle this large. It’s fun to drive!
Drive beautifully but the various technology systems did not operate as designed. Unfortunately, I will purchase another brand owned by Stellantis, FCA.
Big, Gets attention, looks "good" from the outside
Everything else
Don't even bother buying this unreliable machine, technology wise, horrible, safety wise, good, software wise, worse than my 10 year old car. Problem after problem. Gap issues, speaker issues, loose screws. I paid 124k for this and the resell value is already at 80k. I knew gas was gonna be horrible so I should have saw that coming but gas is not good with this car.
