Critical Review
I bought a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee Overland 4x4 in March, 2026. So far, as of 5/7/2026, it's been in the dealer's shop 3 times for multiple days each time, and they have NOT been able to fix the problems. The screen goes black randomly. It shuts down the radio, no phone, no navigation, nothing. Navigation shuts down randomly that makes me need to pull over, program the address in my phone, and follow directions from it. The U-Connect phone call system is by far the WORST! On 4/28/26 I was finishing a call, and touched the red phone hang-up icon in a Publix supermarket parking lot. This caused the entire car to shut down, not just a blank screen as frequently happened in the past 2 months. It took me 3 attempts to finally get the car started and moving again. During this time cars were backed up in the parking lot aisle, my frozen food was melting, and I was very frustrated and embarrassed. I paid over $48,000 for this car, with a sticker price of $54,000. I have only been able to put about 600 miles on it in over 2 months because it's been in the shop or not working correctly. The dealer just called me to tell me they are closing out this current service ticket because they are waiting on Stellantis to come up with fixes for the 3 error codes they have identified and don't have solutions for. I told the service manager I wanted to have the car fixed before I picked it up. He said I could just leave it on their lot, and if I didn't like it I should talk to a salesperson about trading it in. I want them to take it back or replace it with a car that works. I loved my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and gave this to a family member when I bought my new 2026 Jeep Cherokee Hybrid. This car is a piece of junk compared to my old one! I hope this is just a lemon, and that other people have better experiences.

Nice leather seats
Things that don't work - engine dies, nav quits, phone doesn't work, screen goes black randomly
