Jaguar EliteCare: Passport to Service

With Jaguar EliteCare, Jaguar automobiles and SUVs receive complimentary scheduled maintenance through their Passport to Service program for 5 years/60,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The program also includes roadside assistance and Jaguar InControl Remote and Protect technology. A service interval light alerts you to maintenance needs every 16,000 miles or 12 months, whichever occurs first. Services are provided by authorized Jaguar retailers and must be completed within one month or 1,000 miles of the scheduled service interval. Jaguar is hard-core about the appointments: Customers who miss their scheduled maintenance interval may not receive it. Your mileage may vary.

Service Interval Maintenance Items

During every service interval, Jaguar service mechanics will replace your synthetic oil and oil filter. At the 16,000-mile interval, they will top off brake fluid, coolant, windshield washer fluid and power steering fluid. It’s also the perfect time for a tire rotation and an examination of your brake pad material. At 32,000 miles, the same service will occur, with the addition of a spark plug and pollen filter replacement.

Extended Warranty and Maintenance Plans

The Jaguar standard manufacturer’s warranty is based on a 5-year/60,000-mile warranty that covers all aspects of your Jaguar vehicle, including the limited vehicle warranty and powertrain coverage. The Jaguar I-Pace Electric Vehicle includes a battery warranty of 8-years/100,000 miles and is redeemable if the charge level falls below a 70-percent state of health.

7 years/100,000 Miles

A Jaguar extended warranty is available that can provide coverage for up to 7 years/100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coverage includes but is not limited to: engine components, powertrain control unit, clutch, gearbox, transmission, AWD, axles and transfer box, propshaft (driveshaft), suspension, catalytic converter, fuel system, brakes, ignition, turbo- or supercharger, steering, air conditioning, infotainment, and more. The extended warranty also includes travel protection and is transferrable.

If enrolled at the time of delivery of the new Jaguar, the added cost of the extended warranty can be incorporated into the overall purchase price and paid through the vehicle finance plan.
