The only reason I give the car a 4/5 rating is because of the MPG. The yellow dash lights are also a bit dull. Besides that, I plan on keeping this car for years to come. I have owned the car for 8 years now. Too many compliments.

I went to a party and when i pulled up there she was sitting with a crowd around her, enjoying the attention. There she was but who was she i asked, M 45 the owner replied, and after a good hour of deep thought on how i was going to make this car mine i started her up for the first time and took her home where she sits today. i had never seen one of these before and with her now Lowered and 20" rims i have on her 10"wide in the rear wrapped with P-1's, The BC suspension, She is sitting pretty. If you are not one that likes attention stay away from this car because everywhere you go people want to know, i mean everywhere. beautiful car inside and out. carpets are still in brand new condition, leather seats are in lightly used condition no rips or cracks they just look amazing. She is a sleeper, when in sport mode 1st gear is a quick shift and then its over, she has made many people make a turn way before their destination. No problems -Keep her oil changed gas run only premium, she is good to go . along with everyone else i cant believe she is a 2003. i paid 8 thousand would not sell for nothing knock on wood.

This is a very fast, unique looking car and very few people have even seen one. I worked for Nissan from 1987-2003 as a Nissan Technician and when I seen the new 2003 M45 in the Infiniti lot back in 2003, I fell in love with it but it was 45k new. Eleven years later, I bought a 2003 Black on Black in 2014 with 68k, one owner. Car was in minor accident in 2000 and was nicely repaired and repainted. First thing I did was remove all but the front grill and rear deck lid Infiniti badges. I have already made the most common repairs on this model 03-04, especially for the age/mileage. I did all the repairs myself:--left exhaust manifold-pretty common & part is expensive about $1000, Left and Right Valve cover gaskets-w/replacing all attached hoses for each, lower front control arms, front struts and upper strut plates- $1000, rear struts, rear trunk shocks-90psi., sanded and recleared the headlamps-amazing, complete/fully serviced engine, trans, differential, all fluids the works, wheels reconditioned-hyper silver, New Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires-Colorado winter driving/really helps with traction. Not sure if this was common but when I got it, the starter was failing-dealer didn't mention it-- and it had damaged the starter gear/flexplate--Had to pull tranny out and replace the starter gear/flexplate and starter-used starter gear/flexplate-w/ new starter. Replaced the windshield and all the molding around it-by glass company. This engine does use some oil-1.5 qt per 3k miles, but apparently within dealer allowed usage-another common complaint I found searching on-line--doesn't smoke though. Going to be replacing all rotors with drilled and vented rotors soon. The original brakes work very well, lots of stopping power. Will need to replace the power mirror switch soon. I still absolutely love the car and plan on keeping it for a long time. I get lots of compliments on it looks.

Fast, unique look, very reliable. Stands out as something different and many would say better look. Definitely not part of the herd in performance or style. In the end, it's like powering a V8 rocket ride while being safely wrapped within the cabin of a stylish yacht.

This car is in excellent condition. Black leather interior that is still soft and supple. Seats are made like sports car seats. Don't expect a cushy soft ride like you might expect from a luxury car. It rides like a sports car and you can hear road noise but it can make a tight sweeping corner at high speeds and you have NO BODY ROLL. It is incredibly fast considering its curb weight is 3900 lbs. The dash controls were confusing at first until I figured out that some of the controls were multi-fuction and you have to press the device you want to control first then do what you want. You can give it voice commands and it will do it automatically but you need to spend time learning the commands. It has all the room even a big man would need in the front, but in the rear, the leg room is a little cramped. I have always believed in buying American cars, but this car I bought used because of the price and the excellent condition it is in. Overall, a very smart choice. Also gets decent mileage (average 18.5) with enough power of a rocket and the Bose stereo is the cherry on top of the cake.

Purchased the car about 6 months ago. It had 124,000 miles on it. I was on a local government auction site and saw it. I wasn't even looking for a car. I was actually looking for something else not car related. It had some issues. It need paint, a starter, new driver seat and some tlc. After I purchased it I checked for recalls and found that it had 2 recalls that needed to be done. While the Infiniti Shop had it they saw that the gas gauge wasn't working properly. That cost me $1000.00+ to repair. So after getting it painted, a new driver seat, starter and putting some tlc in it at an additional cost of $1000.00+ I finally think I have a great running car. Start was a task to fix. Had to go under the car and lift the engine to do the repair. So the $2000.00+ and the $3300.00 I think a got a deal for $5300.00+ in total. Car has some get up to it. I tend to get thrown back in my seat from time to time. The car has it own style. They only made this body style for a couple years. All the newer Infinitis look pretty much the same. This one looks like something you have never seen. I plans are to drive it as long as it will let me drive it. Couple years from now will put a 20 inch wheel on it and get rid of the 18s on it how. For right now I am happy with my purchase.
