Positive Review
Just purchased this vehicle for my son who graduated high school and now in college plus working full time. He and my other son were on the way home from work and were in a pretty bad accident where another driver ran a red light. The airbags deployed, vehicle was totaled but it did it’s job by protecting my sons with very little to no injuries.
Critical Review
I am 6 foot and I have to bend over very low to get in the car without bumping my head, I have several times. It becomes very noisy and you will bounce around on a bad road, and there are many where I live. You can't accelerate on a hill with the air conditioning going, it stalls to the point of ridiculous. The gas mileage is ok but no better than the Accord I traded in. I wish I had never bought this car

AWD, styling, practicality
Underpowered
Wonderful crossover with AWD. Slightly underpowered but all around a great vehicle for New England weather
relatively economical
loud road noise
we have the base LX model that we purchased used that we're not exactly thrilled with. While it drives well and is fairly economical, the road noise is way louder than it should be, almost as if they skimped out on the door gaskets and other insulating materials. This is our third Honda but the first "base" model, and it really doesn't compare to our previous EX model Hondas. I think the takeaway would be to go with the Sport or EX model if you want to feel comfortable for the thousands of miles you'll be driving it.
My car is black is in very good condition and everything functional very good no have damage and interior is very good too
I have 2025 HRV sport. Bought new. Enjoy it everytime I drive it! Will trade in on another in the future. Starting with 2026 Sport you now get black badges on both sides in the rear. A 9 inch screen. And a phone charging pad.
Keyless Entry, Advanced Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Comfortable, Good on Gas
Steering recall, Easily breakable air vent slats, trunk seal sometimes squeaks on bumpy roads
I bought a 2023 Honda HR-V LX about a week ago, and so far nothing but positive things to say. Although a bit smaller than the CR-Vs, there is plenty of space for everyday driving as well as groceries (even at Sam's Club). The design is sleek and relatively minimalistic. It has enough legroom for both the driver and all passengers, sizable trunk space, and just enough power ports for most needs, including a 12V car outlet in the trunk for tire pumps, additional plugs, etc. I love the CarPlay feature, though I wish it didn't require a USB connection. It features advanced safety functions, including Advanced Cruise Control with low-speed follow and lane-keep assist, which allows you to keep your foot off the pedals for a considerable distance, as it will slow and even come to a complete stop (although it is not recommended to rely on this feature at high speeds when stopping sooner is necessary). The keyless entry feature is also nice, and self-locks once the remote is a certain distance away. Overall, a wonderful car, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Comfortable, affordable, reliable
Needs more torque and gas goes faster
I brought my suv in April 2023. I like the new body style. It has more space and is really sporty.
Engine, gas mileage, resale value, longevity, previous gen si front brakes, responsive steering.
A couple of recalls. Road noise from tires.
Through the first 47k miles the car has been excellent for a first year car having minimal issues. I've taken my sport on quite a few long trips and the driver assist features have been an awesome thing to have and work well (aside from construction zones). Drives excellent in the snow and the brakes are holding up extremely well. I average about 28MPG with my AWD sport. The K series should prove to continue to be reliable. The only downside is its slow to accelerate from a stoo but does well when it's able to engage i-vtec. Value for money it can't be beat. (Especially on residual value)
Good gas mileage
Everything else
Honda upgrades made this vehicle worse. They should have left the HRV alone. Only good thing I can say good is the gas milage is great. I loved the old 2021 hrv.
