"My baby"
"Keep up with oil and other routine maintenance, and this car can last a long time. I'm up past 150,000 miles on mine and I wouldn't trade it because I know I can count on my baby. Plus book value is nowhere near what a car like this is worth. It's so great for someone who doesn't enjoy pouring money into transportation. I've had this car 8 years."
"Good for a starter vehicle"
"I bought my 1992 Prizm used in 2006. It had 69,000 miles on it from its first owner. It's now at 120,000 and I'm looking at getting a newer used car. In the time I've had it, I've had to replace the rack and pinion, the alternator, the radiator, the struts, and the break lines. It has an oil leak. I can't go 1000 miles without having to add another quart to it. If I'm going to be spending money, I'd rather it be on purchasing a newer car than putting one more dime into this one. It's good for a starter car, but I've had enough of it now."

"I have had my Geo Prizm for 3 years. Had to replace a few minor things, such as front wheel bearing, head gasket and the drivers window is not to be relied on to be rolled up once it is down!! otherwise, my car runs on air...GREAT gas mileage! I get between 40 and 45 miles to the gallon! She may be old and ugly but she don't cost me much to use!"
