I had a 18 honda crv and felt bored and everyone has one. This suv was definitely not the crown honda raves about. Seen a bad lands 6 weeks ago and became obsessed. After looking I realized you cannot get one easy. 4 weeks, 118 miles and buying sight unseen or have driven one I bought it over the phone. This is not me or my personality. I crewed off every finger nail till I got to the dealership. I seen my grey cactus waiting for me. Feel in love from that day on. No issues with it in 5 weeks. I get looks and stopped weekly with questions. People go nuts and want my opinion. Only car I look at daily and drive that I havea huge smile. Love the 2.0 v4 turbo. It flies. Not a single regret and thank you ford for my love.
Critical Review
Ordered a lovely cyber orange color Bronco sport , production delays and i’m still waiting. I see stock car getting to dealers but not my customer order. It’s a fairly simple Badlands version with a tow package . I found almost the same suv just delivered to a dealer but without the tow package AND a $5000 over sticker cost! (Where’s mine?). If I’m going to spend $40k on a vehicle I’m not buying off the lot and getting more or less that I want , I expect to have this car for 15 years as my retirement vehicle and don’t want to live with a compromise! Fortunately I can wait. But it’s disappointing to see stock builds getting priority over a customer order. I guess Ford wants to protect their dealers who are struggling with lack of product to sell. Maybe I can update this if I ever get to drive it!

I spent months reading reviews comparing the Jeep Wrangler and the Ford Bronco. The general consensus was the Bronco is easier to live with as a daily driver. I purchased a Bronco 1.5 years ago to consolidate my SUV and Convertible into one vehicle. It's been a dream to own thus far. Highs +Adaptive cruise control, easy to move down the freeway with minimal effort + Steering - nicely weighted, even after 40k miles goes down road in straight line +Styling - people always tell me how sharp the Bronco looks +Top down - awesome to put 4 other people in and hit the road +Removing hard top - not difficult, can be done by one person +Snow - feels secure and planted in NE Ohio winter snow +Comfort - Seats are great for long road trips +Stereo - Bang and O stereo sounds fantastic +Controls - thankful for buttons and not just screens +Gas Mileage - can average in the low-mid 20's if driven cautiously + Seat warmers - hot hot hot +Room - feels much less cramped inside than Jeep Wrangler Lows -Wind Noise can be pronounced, but not anything I can't live with -Hard top is sensitive, be careful removing it you can scratch and damage it -Windshield - because of steep angle, they like to get chipped / cracked -Interior - materials look a little cheap for a 55k vehicle (except seats = so nice) -2.3L engine - doesn't sound great, but does a great job of moving you forward If you're going to be a commuter, I recommend the Outer Banks model because it comes with the least aggressive tires. It also has body colored fender flares and just looks fantastic. I bought a black one with the black painted hard top. It is quite the looker. Also, get the High/Lux package so you get the Bang and Olfusen stereo, 360 degree camera, and adaptive cruise control. I usually change vehicles every 1-2 years, but I absolutely love this one and plan to keep it until the new model comes out. The fact that it was designed and built in America also speaks to me. The Bronco community and number of people that admire this vehicle will really surprise you. After nearly 40,000 miles I am firmly in the Bronco camp and plan to stay here for awhile!
Convertible, easy to park, style
No rear vents
I have a 2024 Ford Bronco Outer Banks with the 2.3L. No issues at all. Drove it across country and it was comfortable. I bought mine with a hard top because I live in a climate with snow and wanted more security. I would recommend it.
I looked at the Bronco for the past 3 years. I purchased the Badlands 2.7 liter 5 months ago and love it. Rides well, is quiet, and handles as expected. Absolutely no regrets.
Factory 37" tires that provide a great drive
No light on shifter to indicate gear selected (appears on dashboard).
Built for off roading, but provides a comfortable ride in daily driving. Body style is unparalleled in the SUV category. Very soft ride for 37" tires. Gets better than expected mileage if you don't gun it, --to date, minimum of 16 MPG in city and we have achieved 20+ MPG on the highway. I am sure you can do better if you hypermile. Shelter Green is a great color with excellent metal flake as a plus. At this review, you should be able to purchase for less than 80k with leather interior and bead lock capable wheels, Shop around and haggle the price! Highly recommend.
Looks amazing, great seats, great audio quality, 4x4
Wind noise, cabin noise
I purchased my 2025 Bronco Big Bend brand new on June 2, and the day I picked it up I noticed a loud, constant noise coming from the rear passenger window area. On the highway, it drowns out everything — even the radio. My salesperson told me to “just take the top off and put it back on” (I have a hard top). My local dealership experience has been horrible. I’ve brought it in multiple times, only to be told no one could help me despite having appointments. When the back trunk window seals came off and let rain flood into my Bronco, they fixed that but ignored the noise. When a tech finally rode with me, he immediately said the sound was not normal. A month later, they told me it is normal. If this is normal, I don’t want the Bronco. My dad’s lifted Jeep Wrangler with 37-inch tires and a soft top was quieter than this.
great look, comfort
no pep
love the look and the features
Style, comfort, safety, fun
Drinks gas
This is my 2nd Ford Bronco. After someone ran a red and totaled my 2022 Bronco Outer Banks, I knew I had to try and find something as close to the same as what I had. Autotrader and KBB helped me research available autos and fair market values, so I knew I was getting a great deal when I found this 2023 Outer Banks. The sleek exterior with body color mouldings and the leather interior is a beautiful, classy vehicle that feels like driving in luxury. But when the sun is out, being able to take the tops (and even the doors) off and crank the B&O speakers is the most fun way to experience a summer drive. Admittedly, it's not a perfect vehicle- the fuel efficiency is not great- 18mpg is a burden on the pocketbook. But as far as safety, comfort, and enjoyment go- the new Ford Bronco Outer Banks cannot be beat!
Looks Awesome, Excellent off road capabilities, 9/10 features
No memory seats, limited visibility while towing, Hard top removal is cumbersome.
I just currently bought a 2021 Wildtrak Bronco and from an exterior standpoint, it's a very nice looking car. Being able to take the roof/doors off is a pretty amazing feature and only the Jeep Wrangler can compare. The power in the V6 while towing and the suspension does not disappoint. However I found the location of the hitch to be cumbersome and kind of wonky. The spare tire does get in the way and affect visibility in that area. My ford explorer has a much better setup and view. I love my 12 inch screen but feel like the speedometer dash runs short. I hate the fact that it does not have memory seats and actually assumed it had them until I brought it home. Such a weird thing not to have on a newer vehicle. For what the Bronco was made to be, an off-road vehicle, it's top notch! It just takes some getting used to as I'm coming from a platinum explorer which is a much more luxurious and upscale ride.
