Positive Review
It has a factory hitch. And I used it to haul our various boats. It has some rust on the lower sliders doors, also has an exhaust leak and leaks a little oil. Just shy of 151,000 miles. She still runs great and has fairly new tires. Interior is still in good shape no tears in the seats, a little dirty from regular use. Headliner is starting to come loose above visors but other then that the headliner is in great shape.
Critical Review
I don't think anyone could pay me to buy another dodge minivan. Talk about a lemon. The only thing I haven't replaced is the motor and trani. The left brakes never really get fixed. It rusted out very fast under the doors. The left strut tower rusted almost off and I had to replace it. Got stranded because train lines blew out after a train flush. Headlight bad. I have been sinking so much money into this thing since the day I bought it. What a mistake. It's good on gas. Love the color alpine green, and grey upholstery.

Solid metal van, no electronic issues,
The air does not circulate well.
You looking for a chap minivan that is a solid metal van, well you´re in luck because this vehicle is a perfect one. You don´t have to get the ninety seven model, because they still used it till the year two thousand. 1996-2000. In fact, my grandmother crashed my van but back then it was hers. Anyways, my van is modified with the 2000 engine, transmission, and ignition.
Has lots of room for passanger space.
Needs alittle TLC on the roof paint.
We are the second owners of this van. All maintenance has been kept up. Gets good gas millage and is smooth driving. We liked it so much we went out and got a 2005 Model Van. A few more bells and whistles. We hardly drive this one any more, once in a while just to keep the oil flowing through it. It just time to get it a useful home and save some money on insurance. Tags are paid until June 2018, a little bonus.
always runs. new battery
a few body dents. will need tires soon.
Perfect for packing with plants, bags of mulch, furniture, etc. Two front bucket seats only. Ceiling fabric loose, a few body dents. Runs like a champ. Well serviced - regular oil changes.
good traction, some storage, beautiful rust
can't fly
It's an eighteen year old car, folks. The thing could buy cigarettes if it wanted to. At this point, the radio and lights won't come on the battery, they'll only work if the engine is running. The mileage gauge is useless, it keeps starting over every couple months. Every once in a blue moon when you start the car, the gas gauge and the speedometer don't work. But it's hardy, you know? It's dependable. It handles weirdly well in the snow, and it gets me places. Plus it's got that sweet backseat that lies flat so you can move things if you need to. Minivans get a bad rap, I think.

Best Minivan ever. Wish it had more interior designs like the 1999 Quest. Still runs like new, and I'm having a hard time deciding if I want to trade it for a new one. Over all it has been a great experience driving this vehicle. Comfortable, sound system is powerful, handles on the road like a charm. Dodge best year.
I really like driving it. it's very comfortable

Very comfortable front seats.
Has very few options on this basic model.
...and it is still running with minimal maintenance, Oil, Tires, Tunes ups (twice) and thats it! No major expenses in this car other than a paint job because my wife was tired of the blue color (she painted it black). The AC will still freeze you out on maximum cool during an "Alabama August" sticky heat. In the winter,it heats up fast after a cold start, usually by the time youve driven 1/2 to 1 mile. The rear side windows don't work anymore but we rarely used them anyway. Right front speaker does not work anymore. Door ajar light stays on. Brake light comes on in cold weather some times. I wanted to trade up several years ago and my wife could not find a car seat that was as comfortable as the Dodge so we still have it. I hope the newer Dodge Caravans still have the great ride. This car has been all over the country with our three kids (now grown) and still gets about 24 to 26 MPG on the highway.
