After Delivery you may exchange the vehicle prior to the following limits whichever OCCURS FIRST Before 300 miles from delivery on the Odometer Disclosure Statement OR Before 12 pm on the end of 3rd Day post Delivery Exceeding either of these limits terminates the option to exchange To exercise your right to exchange you must notify us in writing via email Time stamp of email will determine notification time In the event of an exchange, shipping fees are non refundable. Only 1 exchange allowed per customer. Original vehicle must be returned in similar condition to delivery within 24 hours from time of notification email, and a new transaction must be completed or the ability to exchange option is voided. We cannot accept an exchange if the vehicle has been Modified In an accident or damaged Altered from the condition it was delivered Has been Encumbered or has had Financial Lien placed on it
