Seller is not making any warranties, express or implied and SELLER EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE.
