To qualify for a Manufacturer's Employee Price, you must provide a valid Employee Authorization number as well as any other necessary documentation in accordance with the rules of that Manufacturer. The Al Serra Discount, if listed, is available to everyone. Courtesy Transportation Vehicles (CTP CTA/Loaners) are provided to customers while their vehicles are being serviced. A CTP vehicle may qualify for New Vehicle incentives when sold as a retail sale or lease. However, Michigan regulations require that it must be sold as a USED vehicle. All documentation must reflect this classification. Once titled to the dealership, it can not be sold as a New or Demo vehicle. The warranty start date is when a vehicle is placed into CTP service.
