BMW Certified
BMW vehicles feature state-of-the-art engineering and technology – a bit of a double-edged sword in the used marketplace. The very features that make a car appealing can deliver a costly ownership experience as the car ages. BMW Certified offers vehicles inspected, reconditioned with original parts, road-tested, and approved by factory-trained technicians, lowering the risk of expensive breakdowns and repairs – at least during the warranty period.
BMW Certified vehicles are used models five years old or newer with 300 to 60,000 miles on the odometer. They come with a vehicle history report showing a clean title and no hidden damage. BMW backs a 1-year and unlimited miles BMW Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty that covers the car and powertrain (with specific exclusions on wear items). The warranty takes over at the expiration of the new car’s 4-year/50,000-mile coverage (if any remains). Owners get a loaner car or alternate transportation during any necessary repairs under warranty. The BMW Certified warranty is transferrable by the original used car buyer.
