Positive Review

"Good car for the money."

205K miles with all the original parts, including transmission. Great function for a family utility vehicle. It has always done what I asked it to do. I've taken good care of it and it has taken good care of me.

VS

Critical Review

"Do not buy"

If we could go back in time, we would never buy a Chrysler mini-van. We had to replace the entire transmission at 60,000 miles. The auto-shop told us that this type of repair is typical of Chylser mini-vans, in fact, especially the Voyager. The car sounds awful going up any hill. Although it has only had the one MAJOR, $6,000 repair, we would not recommend this van. Fortunately, we bought the extended warranty and the vehicle was covered for one transmission replacement.

This car has been great to my family and I, it's never had any major problems. Only problems I've had with it is when I need new breaks.

so much car, so little money
Pros

fantastic value for the money

Cons

not the car's fault--mine---a cd player.

This is an extraordinary vehicle, a true workhorse. We use it to haul around bags of mulch and plants and two very big dogs, plus one not so big dog. The gas mileage is amazing and we really appreciated it during the high gas prices period a few years back. Very little maintenance, the usual stuff, like tires, battery, a few replacement things to be expected.

four major repairs. two engine, on third trans.
Pros

Well designed interior, great!

Cons

Many expensive repairs.

Favorite vehicle I've ever owned, But...engine taken apart twice and am on third transmission. Each of the two previous went with just over 50,000 miles. Put over seven thousand $ in it in last three years. Book is only 1,100. However, cannot find vehicle with under 100k miles for the cost of the $4000 new trans. Engine is in new condition, now, interior and ex is perfect. Great sound system. Had a lot of work done in the five years I've had it. Is fourteen years old but looks only a few. Never had a speeding ticket, by the way, and drive and accerate evenly.

I bought used with 30,000 miles on it.
Pros

Great price and great for a family.

Cons

Not a "chick cruiser".

This vehicle has never left me stranded. Very dependable and low maintenance. I'm ashamed to admit it but with 151,000 miles on it I never have done a tune up on it as of yet. Very reliable, very comfortable and economical. Highly recommend to anyone.
