ONLY 14K MILES, ONE-OWNER, OFF-LEASE, REGULAR OIL CHANGES, FACTORY WARRANTY, PREMIUM COMFORT, i-ACTIV ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, NONSMOKER, SOPHISTICATED MAZDA STYLE! Dressed in stunning Rhodium White Metallic with a sophisticated Black leatherette interior accented by light gray piping and stitching, the 2024 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Select AWD offers an exceptional blend of upscale design, responsive performance and everyday versatility. With just 14,683 miles, this beautifully appointed compact SUV combines Mazda's signature driving refinement with the confidence of standard i-ACTIV All-Wheel Drive. Its ONE-OWNER, OFF-LEASE CARFAX history is particularly appealing, with only approximately 5,206 miles driven annually, nine documented service-history records and regular oil changes performed in accordance with Mazda's recommended maintenance schedule. Originally leased in New York, this CX-5 received much of its documented maintenance at Bay Ridge Mazda, the dealership that originally delivered the vehicle. The Select Package adds a welcome collection of premium conveniences, including leatherette-trimmed seating, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear-seat climate vents and a large infotainment display. Combined with the elegant Rhodium White Metallic finish, Mazda's beautifully sculpted bodywork and the CX-5's engaging driving dynamics, this is a particularly attractive choice for shoppers who want a compact SUV that feels more sophisticated than its price category might suggest. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The Mazda CX-5 has developed an enthusiastic following by delivering a driving experience and interior atmosphere that feel more premium than those of many mainstream compact SUVs. While competitors often emphasize maximum cargo capacity or purely functional design, Mazda approaches the CX-5 with a focus on balance, refinement and driver engagement. Its precise steering, composed suspension and responsive powertrain make it enjoyable to drive, while its thoughtfully designed interior creates a sense of quality that rivals vehicles from more expensive brands. The 2024 CX-5 2.5 S Select is especially appealing because it combines Mazda's proven naturally aspirated 2.5-liter engine with a traditional six-speed automatic transmission and standard i-ACTIV All-Wheel Drive. This configuration offers smooth, predictable acceleration without the complexity of a turbocharged engine. The CX-5's elegant exterior styling also helps distinguish it from the competition. Mazda's Kodo design philosophy emphasizes flowing surfaces, carefully balanced proportions and a sophisticated appearance that looks particularly striking in Rhodium White Metallic. For shoppers comparing the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, Subaru Forester or Volkswagen Tiguan, the CX-5 offers a compelling alternative, especially for drivers who value premium interior design, confident handling and a refined everyday driving experience. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION The Mazda CX-5 has consistently earned praise from automotive reviewers for its engaging driving dynamics, premium interior quality and sophisticated styling. Publications including Car and Driver and Edmunds have highlighted the CX-5's precise handling, comfortable front seating and unusually upscale cabin materials for the compact SUV segment. The 2024 Mazda CX-5 also earned a TOP SAFETY PICK+ designation from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, reflecting strong performance in the organization's applicable crashworthiness and crash-prevention evaluations. For drivers who want the practicality of a compact SUV without giving up responsive handling and a genuinely refined driving experience, the CX-5 remains one of the segment's most appealing choices. WARRANTY With just 14,683 miles, this CX-5 has accumulated remarkably little mileage since entering service in late 2023.
