WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The BMW 550i xDrive represents a particularly appealing chapter in the history of the 5 Series: a refined, executive-class luxury sedan with the performance of a genuine sports car. Its twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 produces an impressive 445 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, delivering effortless acceleration and substantial passing power. BMW's xDrive all-wheel-drive system helps put that performance to the pavement while adding confidence during changing weather conditions. Unlike many modern luxury sedans that rely on smaller engines, the 550i offers the smoothness, sound, and unmistakable character of a powerful V8. It delivers serious performance without sacrificing the quiet cabin, comfortable ride, and premium accommodations expected of a flagship-caliber sport sedan. The 550i is especially attractive to enthusiasts cross-shopping the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Audi A6, and other European performance sedans. Its combination of V8 power, traditional BMW handling, and understated styling gives it a personality all its own. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS & INDUSTRY RECOGNITION Automotive reviewers consistently regarded the F10-generation BMW 5 Series as a sophisticated executive sedan, praising its broad engine lineup, upscale interior, and impressive long-distance comfort. The 550i attracted particular attention for its remarkably strong acceleration. Publications including Car and Driver and Motor Trend documented the substantial performance available from BMW's twin-turbocharged V8, reinforcing the 550i's position as one of the more powerful offerings in the executive-sedan segment. The appeal of this generation lies in its balance: the refinement and amenities of a luxury car combined with the performance and road manners associated with BMW's sporting heritage. WARRANTY This 2015 BMW 550i xDrive was originally placed into service around October 2014, based on its earliest CARFAX registration records. BMW's original 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty and corresponding factory powertrain coverage have expired based on both vehicle age and mileage. Its documented maintenance history is an important positive! CARFAX reports 18 service records, including multiple visits to authorized BMW dealerships and independent automotive service facilities. Notable maintenance includes oil and filter changes, brake fluid service, a wheel alignment, rear brake pad and rotor replacement, ignition coil replacement, and spark plug replacement. The history also includes several more recent oil changes, with documented services in November 2023, March 2024, and January 2025. These records are especially welcome on a performance-oriented luxury sedan with a sophisticated twin-turbocharged engine. Extended service plans may be available for buyers who want added peace of mind. STANDARD FEATURES The 550i xDrive came exceptionally well equipped from the factory, offering a level of performance, c>
