This is a 2012 Ford Fusion SE 4 cyl, 105K miles. Private party listing being sold by the current owner. Runs and drives great! (check out the video) The car has had 3 responsible owners and has been well cared for. My dad is 78 and the current owner but I'm helping him make this listing. Dad is selling the car because he's losing his vision and cannot drive anymore. He has owned this car for 8 years and purchased it from his uncle's estate after he died at 92. The car averaged 34 mpg when my dad drove it and is averaging 27.3 mpg since I've been driving it. You can see in the photos that the vehicle does have some cosmetic damage including some scratches and dings, minor damage to the front right fender as well as the right rear bumper and wheel well. Besides that, the dash shows a tire pressure sensor fault and the low tire pressure light is on due to a faulty sensor. The front passenger inside door handle works and opens the door but when you pull the handle to get out the door handle doesn't retract as it should. The only problem with this is that if you want the power door lock on that door to work you need to manually push the handle back into place. Both of these are affordable minor repairs and the door handle repair in particular is very inexpensive, especially if done yourself. It also needs new back brakes and the tire store also recommended replacing the front struts. The car has been well maintained getting synthetic oil and filter changes every 5-6K miles with the last one in Feb. @ 104,323 miles. The engine air filter was changed in July 2025 @ 95K miles. The battery was replaced 2 years ago. It has new 60K mile tires and lugs with less than 1K miles on them. Come take it for a test drive and let us know if you have any questions!
