With a reputation for going the distance and a cabin built for real family life, this Highlander checks every box for buyers who want proven quality without the new-car price tag. ===== About This 2017 Toyota Highlander LE Plus ===== This 2017 Toyota Highlander LE Plus comes in as a 4-door Sport Utility with 140,056 miles on the clock and before that number gives you pause, consider this: Highlanders are routinely known to push well past 200,000 miles with proper maintenance. At Pristine Cars & Trucks, this SUV has been made available for the discerning used car buyer who understands that high mileage on a Toyota is a very different conversation than high mileage on most other brands. The LE Plus trim sits a step above the base LE, adding a meaningful layer of comfort and convenience features that make this a genuinely well-equipped family hauler. The SUV body style gives you the commanding road presence and flexible cargo space that families and commuters throughout Cobb County depend on every day. Whether you're hauling groceries, car seats, or luggage for a road trip, this Highlander is built for it. ===== 2017 Toyota Highlander Performance and Engine ===== Under the hood sits Toyota's proven 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a smooth 8-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain combination delivers a well-balanced blend of acceleration and efficiency that makes highway driving including the daily grind on I-75 or I-285 around the Marietta area feel effortless and composed. The V6 produces around 295 horsepower in this generation, giving the Highlander more than enough muscle to merge confidently and carry a full load of passengers without breaking a sweat. The 8-speed automatic is a significant upgrade over older transmissions, keeping the engine in its optimal power band and contributing to better real-world fuel economy. This particular Highlander is front-wheel drive (2WD), which keeps the weight down and improves fuel efficiency for buyers who don't need full-time all-wheel capability. ===== Toyota Highlander LE Plus Features and Interior ===== The LE Plus trim is where the Highlander starts to feel truly premium for a family SUV. Beyond the standard LE equipment, the LE Plus adds features like a power liftgate, a larger 8-inch touchscreen display with Toyota's Entune infotainment system, and an upgraded JBL sound system that sets it apart from lesser trims. ==== Comfort and Convenience ==== Expect a well-padded three-row interior with seating for up to eight passengers, tri-zone automatic climate control, and heated front seats the kind of daily comforts that make a used SUV feel far from basic. The second row slides and folds with ease, giving rear passengers flexibility and making cargo loading a breeze. ==== Technology and Safety ==== The 2017 Highlander LE Plus also includes Toyota's Star Safety System as standard, which bundles Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Anti-Lock Brakes, Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Brake Assist, and Smart Stop Technology a robust safety package for a vehicle of this era. ===== Toyota Highlander Reliability and Ownership ===== The Toyota Highlander has consistently ranked among the most reliable midsize SUVs on the market, and the third-generation model (2) is particularly well-regarded by long-term owners. The 3.5-liter V6 in this generation is a known workhorse it's the same basic engine family Toyota has refined across multiple platforms over many years.
