*??? DEALER CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED | 90-POINT INSPECTION | QUALITY PLUS AUTO PROTECTION PLAN* Proudly serving customers with over 22,000 vehicles sold. *2017 Toyota Corolla LE | 50,143 Miles | Super White over Ivory Cloth* The sensible choice, done right: a Corolla with two owners, low yearly mileage, two keys, and its original owner's manual books, plus a clean OBDII scan. It also has two reported damage events, and we lay out both below, because you should know the whole story before you ever visit. *?? WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY GETTING* ? *Dealer Certified Pre-Owned:* passed our 90-point inspection and meets our age, condition, and mileage criteria. ? *OBDII scan:* all drive monitors completed, zero stored or pending trouble codes. The scan photos are included in the listing photos so you can read them yourself. ? *CARFAX highlights:* title brand check guaranteed (no salvage, rebuilt, flood, lemon, or similar brands), no total loss, no structural damage reported, no airbag deployment, and no odometer rollback indicated. Two damage events are on the report, and we cover them in full below. ? *CARFAX reliability forecast:* CARFAX's 3-Year Reliability Forecast rates this Corolla in the top 25% of similar vehicles, with low risk of repair and roughly $250 per year in average repair cost. This is a prediction based on similar vehicles, not a guarantee. ? *Service history:* 10 service records on CARFAX, including dealer maintenance inspections and oil changes, four new tires (12/2022), and an oil and filter change on 10/11/2023. ? *Our service work on this vehicle:* being documented now and will be posted to this listing soon. Its estimated dollar value is not yet counted in the totals below, and we will update them when it is added. ? *Keys and books:* two keys and the original owner's manual books. ? *Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan* (Level 1: engine, transmission, drivetrain) and our *5-Year Maintenance Plan*, included at our full out-the-door price. Details at the bottom of this listing. *?? REAL VALUE* We don't ask you to take one number on faith. We cross-checked independent pricing sources and comparable listings for this exact vehicle, and they don't all agree, so here is the whole picture: ? CARFAX History-Based Value: *$15,240* (the lowest, because it prices in the reported damage history) ? J.D. Power retail value: *$16,713* ? Kelley Blue Book typical listing price: *$17,760* ? Market average from our dealer pricing data: *$18,190* (the highest figure) ? Nine comparable 2017 Corolla LE listings within 200 miles (39,884 to 63,102 miles): asking prices of *$14,995 to $18,750* in recent and active listings. The five closest to this car's mileage (41,441 to 47,939 miles) are asking *$16,500 to $18,750*. These are asking prices, not final sale prices, and we can't see the damage history of each comparable. Because this car carries a reported 2025 damage event, we anchor the bottom of our range at CARFAX, which reads this car's own history, and the top at Kelley Blue Book's typical listing price. The market average is shown for transparency but not used to set the range. *Market value range for this vehicle: $15,240 to $17,760* Then we add what comes with it: ? 5-Year Maintenance Plan: *$2,500* value ? Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan: *$300* retail value ? Our service work on this vehicle: being documented, not yet counted *Total Value Range: roughly $18,040 to $20,560 in total value in this vehicle (estimate).* Those additions are not decoration. They are money you won't spend later. The 5-Year Maintenance Plan gives you 25 discounted oil changes plus radiator service, AC service, and engine diagnostics, with no year or mileage restrictions, so it pays you back across the years you actually own the vehicle.
