MAJESTIC, PILLARLESS, V8-POWERED, LOW MILEAGE, LOCALLY OWNED, NONSMOKER, GRAND TOURING IN ITS PUREST FORM! The 2010 Mercedes-Benz CL 550 4MATIC was Mercedes-Benz's flagship coupe, a car that shared the engineering of the legendary S-Class but wrapped it in one of the most elegant two-door shapes of its era. Finished in timeless Black over a Cashmere and Savanna premium leather interior, this locally owned example has covered fewer than 70,000 miles. It carries a remarkable $121,735 original sticker that includes the Sport Package Plus One and the Premium 2 Package. 4MATIC is Mercedes-Benz's all-wheel-drive system, and on the CL 550 it was a significant addition, making this one of the few flagship luxury coupes that could deliver V8 grand touring confidently through every season. It continuously distributes power to all four wheels, keeping this big coupe planted and composed on rain-soaked highways and snowy winter roads alike. Why Shoppers Buy This Model The CL-Class was built for buyers who wanted the very best Mercedes-Benz could offer, but in a more personal, more stylish form than a sedan. It's essentially an S-Class coupe, sharing that flagship's engineering, refinement, and advanced technology, but with a long, low, sculpted body that turns heads more than a decade and a half after it debuted. Its signature pillarless design means there's no center roof post between the front and rear side windows. With all four windows lowered, the side of the car opens into one uninterrupted sweep of glass and air, a classic touch of grand-touring elegance that very few modern cars still offer. For enthusiasts, the CL represents an extraordinary amount of luxury, craftsmanship, and presence for the money. Automotive Press and Industry Recognition Reviewers praised the CL 550 for its effortless V8 performance, whisper-quiet cabin, sumptuous interior craftsmanship, and restrained, elegant styling, often describing it as one of the finest grand touring coupes in the world. The addition of 4MATIC all-wheel drive earned particular credit for broadening its year-round usability. Critics' main reservations centered on its six-figure price and complex technology, but most agreed it delivered S-Class luxury in a uniquely beautiful package. Warranty The odometer is hovering around the 69,871-mile mark. That averages out to only about 4,300 miles per year, remarkably low for a vehicle of this age, and CARFAX shows 27 service history records documenting its care over the years. A flagship coupe with this kind of light use is increasingly rare. Extended service plans may be available to provide additional peace of mind moving forward. Standard Features As the entry point to the CL-Class lineup, the CL 550 4MATIC delivered nearly everything that made the CL special, pairing a smooth 382-horsepower V8 with standard all-wheel drive. Mercedes-Benz equipped it with heated and ventilated front seats, Burl Walnut interior trim, automatic climate control, and Bi-Xenon headlamps with Active Curve Illumination that turn into corners. Technology was equally generous for its time. COMAND navigation with a hard-drive-based system, a harman/kardon LOGIC7 surround sound system, an in-dash disc changer, and SIRIUS satellite radio capability all came standard, making the CL 550 one of the most fully equipped coupes of its era. Installed Options This CL 550 was ordered with more than $10,000 in options that enhance its style, comfort, and technology. Sport Package Plus One AMG Sport Body Styling Sculpted AMG front and rear bumpers and side skirts that give the CL a lower, more athletic stance. 20'' AMG 5-Spoke Wheels with High-Performance Tires Dramatic wheels that fill the arches and sharpen the car's road presence. Premium 2 Package Drive-Dynamic Multicontour Front Seats with Massage Seats that actively adjust their side bolsters to support you through corners, with massage functions for long drives.
