SPORTY, ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, CITY-SMART, ONE-OWNER, NO-ACCIDENT, NONSMOKER, BIG STYLE, SMALL FOOTPRINT! The 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS proves that a subcompact SUV can have real personality. This one is finished in Mosaic Black Metallic, comes from a single owner with a clean, no-accident CARFAX history, and has the odometer hovering around the 34,900-mile mark. As the RS, it's the sportiest-looking Trailblazer in the lineup, with blacked-out styling, bold 18-inch wheels, and red interior accents that set it apart from ordinary small crossovers. This Trailblazer also carries the most capable powertrain combination offered: the larger 1.3-liter turbocharged engine paired with all-wheel drive and a nine-speed automatic transmission. That makes it an easy, confident companion through rainy commutes and snowy winter mornings alike. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The Trailblazer fills a sweet spot in Chevrolet's SUV lineup. It's larger and more practical than the tiny Trax of its era, yet still compact enough to slip into tight city parking spaces with ease. Shoppers appreciate how much utility it packs into that footprint, with a usable rear seat, a fold-flat front passenger seat for long items, and a cargo area that handles everyday errands and weekend gear. Style is a big part of the appeal. The Trailblazer's sharp, athletic design looks more expensive than its price suggests, and Chevrolet offers distinct personalities through its trims. Add standard driver-assistance technology, available all-wheel drive, and approachable ownership costs, and it's easy to see why the Trailblazer became one of Chevrolet's most popular small SUVs. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION Reviewers consistently praised the Trailblazer for its sharp styling, its roomy cabin relative to its size, and its strong value. The AWD RS drew particular notice for feeling zippier than its modest horsepower figure suggests and for handling light off-pavement driving better than many expected. Critics also appreciated the generous standard safety technology and the convenience of wireless smartphone integration. The most common reservations centered on some hard plastics in the lower cabin, a typical trade-off at this price point. WARRANTY The odometer currently reads 34,872 miles. This Trailblazer's original bumper-to-bumper and powertrain coverage periods have concluded, but transferable Chevrolet supplemental protection remains in place. Its CARFAX history also shows 11 service records from its single owner. Rust-Through Corrosion Coverage: through October 2027 or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, protecting against corrosion that perforates the body sheet metal. To the best of our abilities, we believe the following warranties are still intact and not negated by GM's anti-flip rule, but you're welcome to check with an authorized Chevrolet dealership. STANDARD FEATURES The RS is the Trailblazer for drivers who want their SUV to make a statement. It stands apart from the LT with a unique mesh grille, blacked-out exterior accents, polished round dual exhaust tips, and 18-inch high-gloss black aluminum wheels, the largest offered on the 2022 Trailblazer. Inside, red accent stitching and trim pieces give the cabin a sporty flair. The RS also comes with practical comforts that make daily driving more pleasant: heated front seats, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power-adjustable driver's seat, remote start, and cloth and leatherette upholstery that blends a premium look with easy care. Choosing all-wheel drive brings the larger turbocharged engine and the nine-speed automatic, making this the most capable Trailblazer RS configuration. MECHANICAL FEATURES Power comes from an ECOTEC 1.3-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine producing 155 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of torque. Peak torque arrives at just 1,600 rpm, giving the Trailblazer brisk, responsive acceleration around town and confident merging onto the>
