**1998 Jeep Wrangler Classic TJ 4-Cylinder Fun, Simple, and Affordable** For sale is my **1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ**, a classic old-school Jeep that is simple, rugged, and a lot of fun to drive. This Wrangler is powered by the **2.5L 4-cylinder engine** and has the straightforward mechanical design that makes the TJ generation so popular with Jeep enthusiasts. It's a great choice for someone looking for an affordable weekend vehicle, beach Jeep, trail project, or inexpensive classic 4x4. **Highlights:** * 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ * **2.5L 4-cylinder engine** * Nice Air Conditioning * 4-wheel drive * Classic short-wheelbase Wrangler design * Simple, easy-to-service drivetrain * Newer/recent battery * Great platform for modifications or restoration * Increasingly hard to find in original TJ form * Fun vehicle for around town, beach trips, or weekend driving This is an older Jeep and should be considered a **driver rather than a perfect restored vehicle**. It has the normal wear and imperfections you would expect from a 1998 Wrangler, but that is also part of the appealyou can actually use it without worrying about every scratch. The **TJ generation Wrangler** is especially desirable because it combines the traditional Jeep look with coil-spring suspension and a compact, lightweight design. Parts are widely available, and there is a huge aftermarket if you want to customize it. If you're looking for a **classic Wrangler without spending new-Jeep money**, this one is worth checking out. **Serious inquiries only.**
