*??? Dealer Certified Pre-Owned | 90-Point Inspected* Includes our Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan (engine, transmission, drivetrain) and 5-Year Maintenance Plan when purchased at our full out-the-door price. Proudly serving customers with over 22,000 vehicles sold. *2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium AWD | 35,184 Miles* One owner from new, sold and serviced at the same Subaru dealer (CARFAX Homegrown), with just 35,184 miles, all-wheel drive, a Dark Gray Metallic exterior over a Gray interior, and a current Georgia emissions inspection. It also has two minor damage reports, which we lay out plainly below, because you should know the whole story before you get behind the wheel. *? What You're Actually Getting* ? *90-point inspection* completed before this vehicle was listed. ? *OBDII scan:* two scans show zero stored or pending trouble codes, and one confirms all drive monitors completed. Both scan photos are included in the listing photos so you can read them yourself. ? *Current Georgia emissions inspection.* ? *CARFAX 1-Owner and CARFAX Homegrown vehicle:* one personal owner in New Jersey for about 9 years and 5 months, averaging roughly 3,800 miles per year, with the vehicle sold and serviced at Subaru of Cherry Hill. ? *Service history per CARFAX (13 service records):* maintenance inspections and oil changes from 2018 through 2025, a battery replacement in 2019, and the most recent reported visit on 05/27/2025 at 33,531 miles (maintenance inspection, electrical system check, oil and filter change, and tire rotation), followed by an air filter, cabin air filter, and wiper replacement at another shop on 05/29/2025. ? *Recent service work is being posted to CARFAX.* It is not included in the value totals below, and we will update the total once it is documented. ? *One key and the original owner's manual books.* ? *Title:* CARFAX guarantees no salvage, junk, rebuilt, fire, flood, hail, or lemon brand and no odometer brand. No total loss and no airbag deployment reported. *?? Real Value* Most shoppers compare sticker prices. We'd rather you compare total value. Here is how the market sees this vehicle, cross-checked across five independent sources: ? CARFAX Retail Value: $18,310 (the only figure here that reflects this vehicle's reported minor damage) ? Manheim Adjusted Retail Average: $19,350 ? Live market average for comparable 2017 Forester Premium models: $20,117 ? Kelley Blue Book Typical Listing Price: $22,170 ? J.D. Power Retail: $23,950 *Market value range: $18,310 to $23,950* That is a wide spread because each source uses a different method, and only CARFAX's figure factors in the damage history, so where this vehicle sits in the range is a fair question to weigh. For context, comparable 2017 Forester Premium AWD models within 300 miles (roughly 22,000 to 54,000 miles) that sold went for $16,895 to $25,998, and one active listing is asking $18,795. Sold prices are what buyers actually paid; asking prices are what sellers hope to get. *Ownership costs are future money.* Low mileage means years of ownership ahead, and this is where we help. Our 5-Year Maintenance Plan, valued at $2,500, gives you 25 discounted oil changes, radiator service, AC service, engine diagnostics, and hundreds of additional discounts, with no year or mileage restrictions, spread across every year you own the vehicle. Level 1 Quality Plus coverage (retail value $300) helps with engine or transmission repair costs, up to $1,500, so a powertrain surprise doesn't land entirely on you. Those are dollars saved in the months and years ahead, and they belong in the comparison when you weigh this vehicle against a cheaper one somewhere else. *Total Value Range: roughly $21,100 to $26,800* ($18,310 to $23,950 market value + $2,500 5-Year Maintenance Plan + $300 warranty retail value.)
