This isn't an aging platform it's a third-generation Colorado built with modern proportions, a more capable frame, and a significantly upgraded interior. At 36,602 miles, this truck sits in a sweet spot for used truck buyers: past the initial depreciation hit but still well within a long, productive service life. The striking black exterior gives it a no-nonsense presence on the road, and the Crew Cab configuration means you're getting four full doors and genuine rear-seat space for passengers or gear. ===== 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Performance and Engine ===== ==== Turbocharged 2.7-Liter 4-Cylinder Power ==== Under the hood, this Colorado is powered by Chevrolet's 2.7-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and don't let the cylinder count fool you. This engine produces robust low-end torque that makes it feel muscular in real-world driving situations like merging onto Highway 99, towing a trailer, or loading up a bed full of tools and equipment. Paired with a smooth-shifting 8-speed automatic transmission and a 2WD drivetrain, this setup delivers an ideal balance of performance and fuel efficiency for buyers who put serious miles on their truck. Rear-wheel drive is the practical choice for Central Valley work use, keeping the truck lighter and more fuel-conscious without sacrificing the capability most local buyers need. ==== 5-Foot Bed for Practical Use ==== The 5-foot short bed keeps the Colorado maneuverable in tight job sites and parking lots while still providing meaningful cargo capacity. Whether you're hauling lumber, landscaping gear, or weekend recreational equipment, the bed is built with tie-down hooks and durable surfaces designed to take real-world punishment. ===== Chevrolet Colorado Features and Interior ===== ==== Work Truck Trim Built for Function ==== The Work Truck trim is purpose-built for buyers who need substance over style. That said, the 2023 Colorado Work Truck comes better-equipped than its name might suggest. Inside, you'll find a modern cabin with Chevrolet's latest infotainment interface, including an available large touchscreen display, USB connectivity, and Bluetooth integration features that make every commute or job-site run more connected. The Crew Cab body style provides a full rear seat that's comfortable enough for crew members or family, making this truck genuinely multi-purpose rather than a single-use work vehicle. Standard safety technology on the 2023 Colorado includes features like a rear vision camera, helping you back into tight spaces or hook up a trailer with confidence. The interior materials are durable and easy to clean a practical reality for work-truck buyers who track in mud, sawdust, or job-site debris on a daily basis. ===== Chevrolet Colorado Reliability and Ownership ===== The third-generation 2023 Colorado launched to strong critical praise, with automotive reviewers highlighting its significant leap in build quality, ride refinement, and technology over its predecessor. Chevy addressed many of the criticisms of earlier Colorado generations, delivering a truck that competes directly with the Toyota Tacoma and Ford Ranger in terms of real-world usability and long-term >
