REFINED, LUXURIOUS, WELL-EQUIPPED, NONSMOKER, TOP-OF-THE-LINE THREE-ROW LUXURY! This 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD is Acura's flagship three-row luxury SUV, and this particular example wears the top-of-the-line Advance Package, the most comprehensively equipped configuration Acura offered for this generation. Finished in Dark Cherry Pearl, it comes backed by a genuinely well-documented 30-service-record maintenance history. A 3.5-liter V6 makes 290 horsepower here, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system, which actively distributes torque left to right for genuinely sharper handling than a conventional AWD setup. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The MDX was America's best-selling three-row luxury SUV for years running, earning that reputation with a quiet, refined cabin and handling that stands out in a segment where most rivals prioritize comfort over engagement. Buyers gravitate toward the SH-AWD system specifically for its confident, sporty road manners, along with the Advance Package's suite of luxury content that brings this MDX close to flagship-level comfort and technology for its era. WARRANTY The odometer is hovering around the 101,374-mile mark. Based on the current mileage and original in-service date, this MDX's original factory warranty coverage has expired. What stands out instead is the documented maintenance history, which reports 30 service records. Extended service plans may be available to help provide additional peace of mind throughout your ownership experience. STANDARD FEATURES The Advance Package sits at the top of the 2016 MDX lineup, adding items like a surround-view camera, ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel with memory, and Milano leather upholstery, a genuinely more premium build than the Technology Package below it. MECHANICAL FEATURES This MDX pairs its 3.5-liter V6 with a 9-speed automatic transmission and a push-button gear selector, delivering smooth, refined power for daily driving. Super Handling All-Wheel Drive actively shifts torque between the rear wheels during cornering, giving this MDX noticeably sharper handling than most three-row SUVs in its class. EXTERIOR FEATURES Dark Cherry Pearl paint gives this MDX a deep, upscale finish, backed by LED headlights, a power liftgate, and a power sunroof standard across the lineup. INTERIOR FEATURES Inside, Milano leather seating includes ventilated front seats and heated second-row seats, with a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel and driver memory settings adding real everyday convenience. A frameless rearview mirror and an easy-entry driver's seat that slides back automatically round out the Advance Package's thoughtful details. INFOTAINMENT & TECHNOLOGY Acura's navigation system with 3D view anchors the dashboard, paired with the ELS Studio Premium Audio System and Siri Eyes Free voice recognition for hands-free iPhone control. SAFETY FEATURES This MDX comes with Acura's AcuraWatch Plus suite of safety and driver-assistive technology, standard on the Advance Package, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking, Road Departure Mitigation, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Information, and Rear Cross Traffic Monitor, a genuinely comprehensive suite for a vehicle of this era. ... and there's SO MUCH more! If available, vehicle files can be found above this description on our website, including the original brochure and window sticker! THE BOTTOM LINE This MDX SH-AWD with Advance pairs Acura's sportiest handling with its most luxurious available equipment, backed by a genuinely well-documented 30-service-record maintenance history. It's a well-cared-for example of one of the segment's most complete three-row luxury SUVs. Proof that a three-row SUV doesn't have to trade away driving enjoyment. >
