ELEGANT, REFINED, WELL-SERVICED, REAR-WHEEL DRIVE, V6 LUXURY! The 2017 Genesis G80 3.8 RWD delivers traditional luxury-sedan fundamentals in a beautifully understated package. Finished in sophisticated Santiago Silver Metallic, this G80 has traveled just 70,365 miles, shows an impressive 22 SERVICE RECORDS on CARFAX, and originally retailed for $42,465. This is classic executive-sedan territory: a smooth naturally aspirated V6 up front, REAR-WHEEL DRIVE underneath, a spacious leather-lined cabin, substantial standard equipment, and the quiet, composed road manners expected from a genuine luxury sedan. Better yet, the G80 delivers all of that without trying too hard to announce itself. Why Shoppers Buy This Model The G80 appeals to drivers who appreciate the traditional luxury-sedan formula: substantial construction, a long wheelbase, generous passenger room, a smooth powertrain, and a rear-wheel-drive platform designed around comfort and composure. Its 3.8-liter V6 produces a healthy 311 horsepower and pairs with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Rather than relying on a small turbocharged engine, this G80 delivers the smooth, linear response and relaxed character of a naturally aspirated six-cylinder. Automotive Press and Industry Recognition The G80 helped establish Genesis as a standalone luxury brand, offering shoppers a compelling combination of premium materials, generous standard equipment, refined road manners, and strong value. Its spacious cabin and extensive standard technology made it an interesting alternative to established luxury sedans, while its rear-wheel-drive architecture and naturally aspirated V6 preserved the traditional executive-sedan character many buyers appreciate. Warranty The odometer is hovering around the 70,365-mile mark. Based on its 11/17/2016 original registration date and current mileage, this G80's original factory warranty coverage has expired. Its history is nevertheless noteworthy, with 22 SERVICE RECORDS reported to CARFAX. Extended service plans may be available to help provide additional peace of mind throughout your ownership experience. Standard Features One of the G80's strongest selling points was just how much luxury equipment Genesis included as standard. Even without relying on an expensive option package, the 3.8 delivers an impressively complete premium experience. Leather seating surfaces. Heated front seats. Power-adjustable front seats. Driver memory settings. Dual-zone automatic climate control. Leather-wrapped steering wheel. Power tilt and telescoping steering column. Proximity key with push-button start. Power-folding exterior mirrors. Auto-dimming rearview mirror. Navigation system. Premium audio system. Blind Spot Detection. Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. Mechanical Features Under the hood is a 3.8-liter naturally aspirated V6 producing 311 horsepower and 293 lb-ft of torque. Its smooth power delivery is an excellent match for the G80's refined personality. An 8-speed automatic transmission sends that power to the rear wheels, giving the G80 the balanced, traditional drivetrain layout associated with classic luxury sedans. 3.8-liter V6 engine. 311 horsepower. 293 lb-ft of torque. 8-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive. Drive Mode Select. Independent front and rear suspension. Electric power-assisted steering. Four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes. Electronic Stability Control. Traction Control System. Exterior Features Santiago Silver Metallic fits the G80 beautifully, emphasizing its clean body lines and understated design.
