The Saab has been a restoration project of mine over the last 19 years since purchasing it from my brother in July of 2007, who drives like, and is, an old CPA family man.  In the last 19 years, I have only put 3,700 miles on it (for periodic running and restoration only, not commuting as I have a 2nd car for that) and it is stored in my garage with a cover (I'm also a 60 year old CPA).  I was told by the Saab dealership that they initially sold it new to an airline stewardess who loved the look, and after 3 years traded it in for a new one, and then it was sold by the same dealership to my brother.  I initially took it to the same Saab dealership for many new original parts, and then when Saab went out of business, I continued my restoration with Golz motors in Deerfield IL.  It has always had Mobil 1 synthetic engine oil in it, and does not appear to burn any.  I am not aware of any accidents and it rolls great.<br>The list of new items (I believe all OEM or better) is too long to list all: new steering wheel, suspension, control arms, shocks, struts, springs, all four wheel bearings in complete SAAB OEM hubs (done at the dealership and now rolls like new), full brakes, brake lines, aluminum wheels, exhaust, interior ceiling liner, belts, hoses, spark plugs, fuel filter, interior air filter, flush radiator and transmission fluids, etc...<br>It is over 25 years old, so it is officially considered an antique in the eyes of our state.  I am selling it because I feel it has become a collector car, and I do not need a collector car, and will be moving soon (October 31) due to my parents passing (where the car was kept). I am selling it for no more than what I have put into it.  There were a few minor items not crossed off the list, like fixing the cruise control and a/c and mini rear hatch brake bulbs. There are a couple small rust spots starting around the rear wheel wells which would be part of a new paint job if I were to fully restore it to all its glory.  Please email w/?
