2008 BMW 328i Mechanic Special Project Car | Extensive Service History Approx 140,500 miles Black exterior / tan leather interior VIN: WBAVA33518P142885 Very clean 2008 BMW 328i cosmetically for its age with an extensive documented service and repair history. I purchased the car in 2023 and have spent nearly $9,000 on documented repairs, service and maintenance during my ownership. I also have service records from prior ownership documenting other major repairs. Major work during my ownership includes: Front control arms replaced Both rear shocks replaced Fuel transfer unit/fuel pump work All 6 ignition coils replaced All 6 spark plugs replaced Oil pan gasket replaced 2 engine mounts replaced DMTL/leak-detection pump replaced EVAP charcoal canister replaced Purge valve replaced Vapor canister grommet replaced Brake fluid service Oil service Headlight bulb replacement New Duralast Platinum AGM battery from AutoZone There is documented service history from before my ownership, including starter replacement and additional BMW dealer service and recall work. The car needs a radiator replacement and also currently has no electrical power despite having a new battery installed. The electrical issue has not been diagnosed. Prior to replacing the failed battery, the engine cranked and briefly started using a jump pack. The last documented odometer reading was 140,407 miles in Sept 2025. The car has been driven very little since then, but because it currently has no electrical power, I cannot verify the exact current odometer reading. I'm selling it as a mechanic special/project car rather than continuing to put money into it. This could be a good opportunity for a BMW enthusiast, or DIY mechanic buyer who can diagnose and perform the remaining repairs. The car is in very nice cosmetic condition and has an unusually extensive collection of service and repair records for a vehicle of this age. Buyer will need to tow the vehicle. I own the car 100% and hold the title.
