**NOT OCEAN RACE EDITION** This 2006 Volvo XC70 Cross Country AWD is a comfortable, safe, reliable, well-maintained, long-term-owned Volvo wagon finished in metallic red with a tan leather interior. It has been garage kept since acquired in 2012 and regularly maintained. Substantial preventive maintenance was performed in the fall of 2023 to preserve reliability of the car. Mostly local driving, approximately 8-10 miles per day by adult driver. Occasional longer trips (very comfortable). Tan leather seating with seat heaters, dual zone air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, power locks, power moonroof, power driver seat with 3 memory settings, split-folding rear seat, sisal floor mats and cargo mat. Metallic red exterior, roof rails, elevated XC70 ride height, upgraded LED headlights and fog lights. Factory AM/FM/CD player. Two main remote keys, one valet key, AWD wagon utility, has been very good in the snow. Generous cargo area with rear seats folded. 2.5L turbocharged inline-five cylinder, 5-speed automatic transmission with winter mode. 4 wheel disc brakes with ABS, traction control system, all wheel drive. This XC/70 has had major wear and age-related items addressed PROACTIVELY not due to failure to include the timing belt, water pump PCV/breather system, suspension refresh including A-arms, new brake rotors and discs all around and fuel pump. New Michelin tires in fall 2023 with less than 16k miles since mounted. Recent maintenance documentation is available for buyer review. Synthetic (because of the turbo) 5W/30 oil changes and Mahle oil filters used with each oil change at approximately 5000 mile intervals. Comfortable, reliable and safe daily driver. No known mechanical issues, minor cosmetic flaws. Everything works as expected except the rear parking sensors, which have been inoperative since acquisition in 2012. Vehicle sold as-is.
