The 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL Crew Cab is presented as a work-oriented truck with a straightforward specification. It is built on Ford's Super Duty platform and uses the Crew Cab body style, which provides a full-size cabin with four doors. The XL trim keeps the focus on practical equipment rather than decorative additions. The vehicle is described with a 6.8 ft. short bed, giving it a cargo area suited to common hauling needs while keeping the overall length within the shorter bed format offered for this model line. Inside, the truck is fitted with a vinyl 40/20/40 split bench seat. That seating choice reflects durability and ease of cleaning in a vehicle intended for regular use. The cabin equipment list also includes air conditioning delete, so the interior is specified without that feature. Side impact airbags are included as part of the safety equipment, and the crew cab body provides additional rear seating space compared with smaller cab styles. The interior presentation remains uncomplicated, with an emphasis on basic utility and materials that are appropriate for a truck built to be used rather than dressed up. The drivetrain and rear axle specification include a 3.31 non-limited slip axle ratio. That axle ratio is one of the key mechanical details listed for the truck and forms part of how the vehicle is configured from a performance and driveline standpoint. The 50 State Emissions System is also included, indicating emissions compliance equipment intended to meet requirements across all states. These items are part of the truck's factory equipment and help define the mechanical and regulatory side of the build without adding unnecessary complexity to the description. For towing-related equipment, the truck includes a tow package and a trailer brake controller. Those items are directly relevant to the vehicle's intended use and are listed among its installed options. The Super Duty platform is known for carrying and hauling duties, and this example is specified with equipment that supports that role without requiring additional interpretation. The Ford F-250 name, the XL trim, the Crew Cab body, the short bed, and the provided option list together describe a truck that was ordered with practical use in mind, and the details above reflect the features that are present rather than any implied extras.
