This is a beautiful truck, which has always been owned in Arizona. It smells great and is very spacious with a very comfortable ride. It has been very well cared for. The car was purchased in Phoenix and all 16 service records on Carfax show that it was maintained at the Toyota dealership where it was purchased until I bought the truck just three months ago. I had right ankle reconstruction this spring so I needed a vehicle allowing me to elevate my right leg while driving during my recovery. After purchase, I took the truck to my Toyota mechanic who had worked at the same dealership where the truck was purchased for 25 years. I had the front shocks and struts rebuilt and replaced with the genuine Toyota parts (Bilstein) to maintain the TRD off-road package as equipped originally. He also replaced the battery and spark plugs. The brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant as well as the well differential fluid was all exchanged and the fuel injection flushed. I purchased the original Toyota touchup paint stick, which is still in the console of the truck. This work cost me $3859. I had all this work done because I intended to drive the truck forever but now that I'm recovered I've decided to go back to my smaller sedan for the ease of parking. I love the ride and the room and the storage in that massive backseat. It was very convenient to house my stupid knee scooter, which I had to use for two months. You can see that my granddaughter 's bike fits quite well. One of the draws of this truck is that it is the last model year with Toyota 's powerful and durable 5.7 L, V8 engine. My Toyota mechanic who has taken care of my cars for 30 years urged me to get this particular engine, strongly preferring it to the latest tundra model engine. The truck has one small dent in the right rear 1/4 panel from my parking boo-boo. An always Arizona truck which has never been in an accident or smoked in is a rare find. This truck is ready and will last.
