This 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class AMG E 63 S combines a high-output AMG drivetrain with the E-Class platform and the added refinement expected from Mercedes-Benz. It is a four-door performance sedan with a cabin arranged for daily use as well as more demanding driving. This model is equipped with Leather Seats, and the upholstery gives the interior a finished, upscale appearance that matches the rest of the vehicle's materials and switchgear. The seating surfaces are part of a cabin that places the driver and front passenger in a position that is consistent with the E-Class line, with controls organized in a manner that favors familiarity and ease of use. The body structure and interior packaging provide the space and proportions expected of a midsize luxury sedan, while the AMG designation indicates a mechanically distinct version of the standard E-Class rather than a trim-level appearance package. This vehicle is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 paired with AMG performance tuning and an all-wheel-drive system. The AMG E 63 S designation identifies the more powerful version of the E 63 range, and the mechanical specification reflects that role. Power delivery is managed through an automatic transmission, and the chassis includes the sort of suspension calibration associated with AMG development. Steering response, braking hardware, and chassis control are part of the car's performance focus, and the engine's output is intended to support repeated acceleration and sustained high-speed operation within the limits of the platform. The driving character of this model is defined by its ability to combine large-displacement turbocharged performance with the traction advantages of its drivetrain rather than by any cosmetic treatment. This example also includes Collision Warning, which is listed among its driver-assistance features. This Mercedes-Benz includes Navigation, and the system is integrated into the vehicle's central display interface. The infotainment screen and related controls are arranged to give access to route guidance, vehicle settings, and other onboard functions without relying on separate devices for those tasks. Premium Audio is fitted as well, and the sound system is part of the interior equipment rather than an aftermarket addition. Apple CarPlay is included, giving the cabin smartphone compatibility through the factory multimedia system. The electronics package is consistent with the expectations for an E-Class AMG model from this period, where screen-based controls, connected-device support, and audio integration were built into the car rather than added later. The command interface and digital features work alongside the rest of the instrument panel, which retains the clean layout typical of Mercedes-Benz sedans from the late 2010s. This example is also fitted with Sunroof(s), adding an opening panel to the roof structure. The exterior retains the formal proportions of the E-Class body, with AMG-specific details incorporated into the front and rear styling as part of the model's factory appearance. This 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class AMG E 63 S sits in the segment occupied by large, fast sedans, but it is still built with the day-to-day equipment expected of a luxury car from the brand. The interior and technology content are aligned with that role, and the listed options complement the base performance specification without changing its underlying mechanical identity. The combination of a handcrafted AMG engine, standard Mercedes-Benz cabin appointments, and the provided convenience and connectivity equipment gives the vehicle a documented feature set that is straightforward to identify from its build and model designation.
