SPORTY, REFINED, TURBOCHARGED, LOCAL TRADE-IN, NONSMOKER, DRIVING REDEFINED! The 2020 Honda Accord continues to set the standard for midsize sedans, and this Sport trim example adds a genuinely engaging turbocharged powertrain and sport-tuned handling to that reputation. Backed by decades of Honda reliability, this local trade-in pairs everyday efficiency with a level of driving engagement that stands out in a segment increasingly dominated by crossovers. Powered by the turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder and paired with a continuously variable transmission, this Accord Sport balances genuine efficiency with the kind of responsive, engaging character that's kept the Accord a favorite among enthusiasts and everyday commuters alike. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The Accord has earned its reputation as one of the most enduring nameplates in the midsize sedan segment by consistently delivering strong reliability, genuine driving enjoyment, and a spacious, well-built cabin. Buyers consistently choose the Accord over rivals because it doesn't ask them to compromise between efficiency and a genuinely satisfying drive. The Sport trim in particular has built a following among buyers who want that same Accord dependability wrapped in a more athletic package, with sport-tuned suspension and aggressive styling cues that set it apart from the more conservative LX trim below it. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION Reviewers have consistently praised the Accord Sport's turbocharged engine for feeling peppier than its modest displacement suggests, delivering responsive power across a wide RPM range for confident merging and passing. Its sport-tuned suspension and precise steering have also been repeatedly cited as reasons the Accord remains one of the more engaging choices in the midsize sedan segment. IIHS Top Safety Pick (2020) 5-Star Overall Safety Rating -- NHTSA WARRANTY The odometer is hovering around the 40,385-mile mark. While this Accord's factory Bumper-to-Bumper and Powertrain coverage has recently expired by time, Honda's turbocharged 1.5-liter engine and CVT have a strong reputation for long-term durability, and with continued routine maintenance, this Accord should have plenty of dependable miles left ahead. STANDARD FEATURES The Sport trim steps up from the base LX with larger wheels, an upgraded 8-inch touchscreen featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a more robust 8-speaker sound system, giving this cabin a noticeably more connected, engaging feel. A power-adjustable driver's seat adds genuine everyday comfort that the base trim doesn't offer. Honda Sensing comes standard on every Accord Sport, bundling forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control into a single comprehensive safety suite, technology that helped earn this generation Accord an IIHS Top Safety Pick designation and a 5-star NHTSA rating. MECHANICAL FEATURES Power comes from Honda's turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder, producing 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque, paired with a continuously variable transmission tuned for smooth, efficient power delivery. The turbocharger keeps power readily available across a wide RPM range, giving this Accord genuinely responsive acceleration for daily commuting and confident highway merging alike. The Sport trim's sport-tuned suspension and precise steering sharpen handling without sacrificing everyday comfort, giving this Accord a noticeably more engaging feel than the standard-trim sedan. EXTERIOR FEATURES The Sport trim's aggressive styling cues, larger wheels, and unique badging give this Accord a more purposeful, athletic stance than the standard LX. Automatic LED headlights and LED taillights round out an exterior that looks sharp day or night. INTERIOR FEATURES Inside, the Accord's spacious cabin comfortably accommodates up to five passengers, with one of the largest trunks in its cla>
