This is a nice 1999 Ford Mustang Cobra with the 4.6L V-8 and manual 5 speed transmission. Carfax report shows no damage and is available. A previous owner had a Pro Charger supercharger, Borla exhaust, and additional guages for boost, water temp, and oil pressure installed on the Mustang. I bought this car in 2023 and kept collector car insurance on it while I have owned it. I garaged it and drove it around town every few months. <br>The car is in good condition for a 27 year old car. The interior is in excellent condition, and the body is very straight. There are a few scratches at the edge of a door and on the driver side of the front bumper. The paint shows well from 10 feet, but upon close inspection, it has the typical imperfections of a 27 year old black paint job. There are some swirl marks around the car, and light fading beginning on the roof, hood, and other small areas. It could benefit from a buff and polish. <br>I see absolutely no sign of rust on the car. It starts well and runs strong. The air conditioning blows extremely cold and all power windows and seats work. <br>Aside from the paint issues mentioned above, the only issue I am aware of is that the coolant light is on. It has been this way since I bought the car, but the car does not seem to run hot. I have not driven this Mustang as a daily driver and usually only put 5-10 miles on it when I drive it around, and I have not done any out of town trips. I am not sure how it handles longer highway trips.<br>Pricing for anything associated with Cobra have risen dramatically in the last several years. The 1999 Mustang Cobra presents a good value and an excellent way to get into the Mustang Cobra scene without paying the stratospheric prices associated with other year models. This car is a hoot to drive and has the sound and all the power you want. It can throw you back in your seat while you run through the gears. Don't miss an opportunity to grab a very clean, well presenting Cobra before pricing on these rises.
