Selling my 2017 BMW 540i xDrive with approximately 97,800 miles. This is a private-party sale. I purchased the vehicle from BMW as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle in 2020 and have been very meticulous with maintenance. I have a fresh CARFAX Vehicle History Report pulled on July 12, 2026, available to serious buyers. The turbocharged 3.0L six-cylinder engine is extremely responsive. The xDrive all-wheel drive is excellent in the snow. Clean Virginia title in hand; Includes 2 keys. Pre-purchase inspections are welcome at the buyer's expense. I absolutely love the car but it's time to let it go as we need a larger family SUV. BMW Premium Features: - Exterior is Carbon Black Metallic; Interior is Ivory White Dakota Leather - 3.0L BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder - M Sport Package - Premium Package - 19&quot; M Light Allow Wheels - Driver Assistance Plus - Driving Assistance Package - Cold Weather Package (heated seats &amp; steering wheel) The only known issue is the driver side heated seat has been intermittent. This may be a simple as a fuse replacement but I have not had it looked at to confirm. The front interior door handle's high density rubber coating could use a replacement as well. Besides this, I'd consider the overall condition of the vehicle is to be excellent.
