Born from Ford's triumphant return to endurance racing, this exceptional 2017 Ford GT carries a provenance few modern supercars can match. Originally delivered new in California to Joey Hand, factory driver for Ford's legendary 2016 24 Hours of Le Mans LM GTE-Pro class-winning Ford GT program, this example represents a direct connection to one of the most celebrated victories in modern motorsport. The VIN and number plaque designate an homage to the number 68 car in which he won the race. Finished in striking Frozen White with Shadow Black racing stripes over the optional Dark Energy interior, the GT showcases the unmistakable design language inspired by its Le Mans-winning counterpart. At its heart is a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 paired with a lightning-fast seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle, delivering race-bred performance with remarkable precision. Purpose-built engineering is evident throughout, including lightweight 20-inch gloss carbon-fiber wheels, massive Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, butterfly doors, an active retractable rear wing, an aggressive rear diffuser, and extensive gloss carbon-fiber exterior trim. Factory six-point racing harness anchors further reinforce the GT's uncompromising motorsport DNA. Combining ultra-low production, championship-winning heritage, and ownership by one of Ford's most accomplished factory drivers, this Ford GT is far more than a modern supercar it's a tangible piece of Ford Performance history. Accessories Included: - Joey Hand's signed racing suit he wore during his victory at the 2016 Le Mans Championship - Two Key Fobs - Chassis numbered soft car cover (#68) numbered for his winning #68 car - Ford GT Ordering Kit ($3,000-$4,000 retail value) - Battery Tender - Fully wrapped in paint protection film, including interior carbon door sills - Original signed purchase documents from Bill Ford to Joey Hand - Factory Production Photos
