2010 Ford Transit Connect Camper Van Conversion Purchased the van 2 years ago as a stripped out cargo van. Did all the conversions myself. Great starter van for someone looking to get into van life. I'm moving out of state and won't have much use for it where I'm going. Hope to find someone who can get some good adventures out of it. Features: Interior - Apply Car Play. - Energy Efficient Ceiling van with multiple settings (Hooks up to any portable power bank). Keeps the van very cool and can go 4 or 5 full nights of running without needing to be recharged. - Couch bed that fits up to a full size mattress. Can pretty comfortably sleep two. - Table with storage underneath. Normally where we kept our black stone grill. - Overhead storage. - Comfortable rubber flooring. - Storage hooks and bags on back doors with a mirror. - All weather floor mats. - Interior remote controlled lighting. - Black out shades (Great for stealth camping). Exterior - Roof mounted storage box with lock and key. - Roof racks (Mostly used them for surfboards but have put snowboards and bikes as well) - Extendable shade. - Spare tire, jack, and wrench. Recent mechanical work: - Replaced and recharged AC compressor (Blows very cold now). - New alternator belt. - New valve cover gasket. - New parking break assembly as old one was worn out. - New set of rear tires. - Have stayed on top of oil changes since owning it. Mechanical Defects: - Check engine light comes on and off (been like that since i've had it). Mechanic told me it was a O2 sensor issue so never bothered to fix. - Tire pressure light (also been there since I bought it). Again, old sensors. - Slight parasitic drain on battery. (also been there since I bought it). Never bothered to try and fix it. Takes 4 or 5 days of not running the van for it to drain. I installed a kill switch on the battery which took care of the problem. I rarely drive this so always activate the kill switch when I'm parking it for long periods of time.
