Up for sale is my 2023 Honda Civic Type R FL5. Unfortunately, with my current schedule, I simply don't have the time to properly enjoy the car the way it deserves. This Type R has approximately 6,700 miles and that number will stay very close as the car rarely gets driven. Fresh oil change was just completed, so the car is ready to go whether you want a clean weekend cruiser, canyon carver, or track-focused build. The FL5 is already an incredible platform from the factory, but I carefully selected upgrades to further enhance the driving engagement, feel, and overall experience while keeping the build tasteful and functional. Factory OEM upgrades installed: Alcantara steering wheel Upgraded red Type R shift knob (significantly better feel than OEM) Type R illuminated door sills OEM Type R all-weather floor mats Original red OEM mats included Aftermarket modifications installed less than 1000 miles ago: Swift Spec-R lowering springs 18&quot; Volk CE28 SL wheels powder coated BMW Silver wrapped in Continental extremecontact sport 02 tires (less than 3000 miles) Hybrid Racing valved exhaust system with burnt blue dual tips + remote controls PRL intake PRL turbo inlet piping PRL throwback Type R strut bar Acuity 4-way adjustable shifter kit M&amp;M carbon front lip (currently removed) Spoon rep carbon fiber hood vent I'm sure I'm forgetting a few smaller details, but all stock parts will be included with the sale. The car has NOT been tuned yet, which leaves the next owner with a clean slate and plenty of potential depending on the direction they want to take the build. This was originally part of my long-term plan, but priorities and time no longer allow me to finish it. This is a properly set up enthusiast car that deserves to be driven and enjoyed. Between the extremely low mileage, quality parts list, and overall condition, I've priced the car aggressively to move quickly. My loss is your gain.
