My 2002 Ford Thunderbird needs a new home with someone who will love and care for a 24-year-old classic car. She's beautiful and runs and drives like a dream, but she needs the kind of care and maintenance that comes with a car like this. I don't have the time to drive nor maintain the car. She's not new, and her age shows in places. But she's in really good condition with low miles for a 2002. There are a few scratches, mostly shown in the photos. There's a place where the cloth top is separated from the back window. Otherwise, the top is in pretty good condition and the automatic top goes up and down. There's a stand for the white hard top. Look at the photos. The car is gorgeous. Let me tell you about her flaws. She's old--if you drive her on a bumpy road, she's going to rattle. On a smooth road, it's like driving grandma's couch. All the tires are about 13 years old. They're round and black and hold air for long periods of time, but you will need to buy a new set of tires. The airbag light on the dash will stay on. The part needed to fix this is obsolete, as explained by the local dealer service department. Just image you're driving the 1957 version of this car--it didn't have airbags and it was a classic! There's a black piece of trim missing from under the hood near the windshield. It blew off on the interstate, and I couldn't find it. Now let me tell you about something that is priceless. You will get noticed in this car. Pull up to a stop light with the top down, and people will roll their windows down to tell you what a beautiful car you have. People will yell from the drive through line and ask you what color it is. They will talk to you at the gas pump. This car turns heads and gets attention. You will love this car.
