Car is very clean, In the last year I have replaced the fuel pump, battery, and crankshaft angle sensor. A previous owner changed the suspension with coilovers on all four wheels, same type and manufacture. Can be adjusted for higher ride height or softer suspension, but is tight and low right now. Clean Nevada title, no accidents, clean carfax, Nevada smog in hand, Nevada car VIN check in hand. Has a manual transmission and good clutch. Good engine, no turbos, straight six engine, those tend to be the best engines BMW makes, or at least a lot of people think so, me included. Not sure if you will be able to find a better convertible in better shape with a hard top and manual transmission than this for the price. If you go to the My BMW site, it says it has the top speed limiter upgraded, I think that means 150 or 158 or something. I have never gone over about 110 and only when passing in those cases, so I don't actually know what the speed limiter is. No major issues. The heated seats are amazing when going around with the top down on cooler evenings or days. Has some premium upgrades, including headlights that turn with the searing wheel and follow the road, as well as cornering lights when the blinkers are on.
