Due to circumstances beyond my control, the registration was paid on time back in November, but it wasn't smogged until just last month. In order to pass, it needed a tune-up (~$400) and to be tested 3 times (~$190). I have a letter from Bay Area Air Quality Control which sets a base of what I can get. Please don't contact me with an offer below what I'm asking as you'll just be wasting both our time. There's 5 copies of the key and a spare wheel (the tire is old). While the car runs, it has a lot of wear and tear. The biggest issue is that there is a short in the electrical system and when it rains, the lights come on and drain the battery. We've brought it to our technician and he can't locate the short.
