See dealer for details..What the reviews say..A key member of the 718 Boxster family, the 2022 Spyder heightens the open-air experience with its remarkable performance and distinctive design. This is a sports car you'll love to drive, be it to the beach with your favorite person or through the mountains when you need to escape to nature. The Spyder's lowered sport suspension, down by 30 mm compared to the base Boxster, offers a thrilling drive as it lowers the car's center of gravity. It's meticulously engineered for direct road engagement and agility, featuring a brake-based differential and Porsche Torque Vectoring with a rear differential lock. This arrangement bolsters stability and responsiveness, particularly in corners and dynamic driving scenarios. Inspired by its race car heritage, the 2022 718 Spyder features a distinctive silhouette and aerodynamically optimized front design. The front spoiler, central air intake, and unique rear diffuser all enhance performance. As for aesthetics, the Spyder-specific trim adds a touch of sportiness, meaning you'll be happy to stare at it after every drive. The Spyder's manually operated, lightweight convertible top is a seamless blend of functionality and design. It's easy to operate and suitable for high-speed driving, smoothly fitting into the cars sleek profile. The interior of the 2022 718 Spyder is meticulously crafted with a focus on the driver. This combination of chassis and engine works astoundingly well. The engine, gearbox and chassis combine in spectacular fashion to create a car we'd be equally happy to take on track or on a long motorway slog. But its at its best driving at a fair clip along challenging, twisting roads, where you can let the engine sing and make the most of that sublime steering. Straight-line performance is one thing, but the 718 has the goods to handle any kind of winding road. These cars have some of the best steering ever fitted to a car, with brilliant feedback. Every other automaker should take note.
