Wow! Classic 2004 BMW X3 3.0i - clean Carfax. Black Sapphire Metallic with black leather. Sport, premium, and cold weather packages. All wheel drive, sport suspension and seats, Xenon headlights, heated seats, automatic. Second owner (purchased as a CPO from Sandia BMW in 2007) and has been a good and reliable car that is fun to drive. Selling because we purchased a newer X3 and can no longer park it inside. Newer tires (2023 with ~7k miles). New windshield (2024). Extensive maintenance records. Overall looks good and runs great. AC works. It's in decent shape for its age but does have some issues noted below. Thanks for looking. Flaws: - Inspection noted seapage from oil pan and from vanos hose. - The check engine light is currently on. Does have a current emission certificate valid through 5/2027. - The interior sunroof shade is stuck in open position. - The glass sunroof is closed but did leak last time it was taken through automatic air wash. Could be clogged sunroof drain? - Hit a curb about a year and a half ago which scuffed driver front rim and bent control arm. The control arm was replaced and an alignment performed. - Some tree sap from being parked outside
