Up for your consideration is this 2012 Jeep Patriot Sport finished in black and backed by a clean CARFAX showing no accidents or damage reported, no structural damage history, no airbag deployment history, and a clean title history throughout ownership. This Patriot has spent its entire life right here in Washington and has been personally owned throughout its history, making it a great Pacific Northwest SUV with local ownership history and proven reliability.---- Powered by Jeep's dependable 2.0L 4-cylinder engine, this Patriot delivers excellent fuel economy, affordable ownership costs, and practical everyday versatility. These Patriots continue to be popular because they offer the Jeep styling buyers love while still maintaining a compact footprint that's easy to drive, park, and commute in.---- One of the things we really like seeing on this Patriot is the amount of documented service history. CARFAX shows 16 service records including regular oil changes, brake servicing, air filter replacement, cooling system checks, tire rotations, brake work, and multiple maintenance inspections throughout ownership. The rear brakes, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, and brake pads were replaced earlier in ownership, and the vehicle continued receiving regular oil service throughout its life.---- Another cool highlight is this Jeep was previously offered as a Jeep Certified Pre-Owned vehicle earlier in its life, which is typically a strong indicator of overall condition standards at the time it was certified.---- The ownership history is also strong. The second owner kept the vehicle for over 7 years while averaging below national average mileage per year. Long-term ownership combined with consistent servicing is usually one of the best indicators of a well-cared-for pre-owned vehicle.---- This Patriot makes a fantastic affordable commuter, first vehicle, student SUV, or winter-weather daily driver thanks to its practical size, comfortable seating position, excellent visibility, and low cost of ownership. Clean older SUVs with documented maintenance history and no accident history are becoming harder and harder to find.---- CARFAX does show at least one open manufacturer recall related to the occupant restraint controller with remedy available through Jeep. As always, we encourage buyers to verify open recall status directly with a Jeep dealer using the VIN.---- We'll Help Make Your Purchase Easy & Transparent---- No matter your credit situation, we work with local credit unions, banks, and lenders to help get you approved ' even if your credit isn't perfect. Every vehicle on our lot goes through a complete ASE-certified inspection by a trusted third-party shop, followed by a fresh oil change, new filters, and a full detail before it's offered for sale. (Quick tip: call ahead to make sure the vehicle isn't out for inspection before you head down.)---- All trades are welcome, even if you still owe on your current loan.---- We post 30+ high-quality photos on every vehicle so you can review the details and feel confident before visiting. (Some 3rd party websites won't show all the pictures so check our website)---- We're family owned and operated with over 25 years of automotive experience, committed to honest, no-pressure service that truly puts people over profits. Our customers consistently recognize us for transparency, respect, and going the extra mile.----
