Adult owned. Second owner. Owned since 2015 &amp; 25k miles. Never modified. Non-VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) J35Y2 engine. 6 speed manual. Rated @ 278hp/251lb-ft This car has been well maintained under my ownership. What *I* mean by &quot;well maintained&quot;: Anything the car has ever needed, it has gotten. No exceptions. - Oil changes have occurred per the maintenance minder religiously. Oil used: Amsoil Signature Series 0w-20. Usually with WIX or Amsoil filters. - Manual Transmission Fluid drained/refilled every other oil change with Honda MTF. - Timing belt, water pump, timing belt auto tensioner, drive belt, coolant, and spark plugs replaced @ 96,123 miles (29-Nov-22) - Rotors, pads, and brake fluid last replaced @ 96,314 (11-Dec-22). Pads: Hawk Street 5.0 | Rotors: Brembo | Fluid: Castrol React SRF DOT4 - Clutch system fluid last replaced @ 106,397 (21-Apr-25) - Battery last replaced 11/2023 with OEM Honda battery - Tires: Continental DWS06+. ~50% tread life remaining. I have all pertinent service and inspection records for the car while under my ownership. I have never had a single issue with this car, and would drive this car across the country today without any hesitations/concerns. The bad: - In reference to the &quot;rear impact collision&quot; noted on the vehicle's history on 10/10/2016: Was a low speed (&lt;5mph) incident involving a vehicle that backed into the car while I was parked. Very minor damage. Have all repair paperwork. - A 2.5&quot; rip in the drivers seat bolster due to normal wear and tear - A scuff on the right-rear wheel about 1.5&quot; in size - A 2.5&quot; scuff on the drivers side mirror - Only have one key I am an honest, hard-working individual, and have no intentions of taking advantage of anyone interested in the vehicle.
