42k-Mile 2004 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG BRABUS Unfortunately, this beauty must be sold to make room for car seats to drive the grandkids!! Super low Miles with a Rare Brabus Supercharged 5.4-Liter V8 K8 Package Powered by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 that was modified when it was brand new with a Brabus K8 package. I bought the car, in Southern California, from the original owner with 18k miles on it in 2016. He claimed that it has 590HP, I have not tested the Horsepower claims. The 1st owner said he spent $75k on upgrades. I think you will find that this beautiful car is much quicker than other SL 55 AMG's. The vehicle has always been garaged, and it was relocated to Florida in 2021. This SL55 has always been professionally maintained. It has a clean Florida title in my name. Finished in Black over Charcoal leather upholstery, the car is further equipped with a five-speed automatic transmission, a power-retractable hardtop, 19 Rotiform wheels, Active Body Control suspension, xenon headlights, Parktronic, heated seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, Keyless Go, a Bose sound system, and COMAND with navigation. The car features a power-folding convertible hardtop that received a replacement hydraulic pump in 2025. Other equipment includes Brabus badging, fender air vents, quad exhaust outlets, and AMG bodywork including a revised front spoiler and side skirts. The car was involved in an accident under prior ownership in 2008. The minor damage was repaired by Mercedes Benz of Newport Beach, CA. The Rotiform 19 wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires mounted in 2024. The car features Active Body Control suspension, believed to have been recalibrated by Brabus, as well as an Electronic Stability Program, Automatic Slip Control, and an AMG High Performance Braking System with cross-drilled rotors.
